I want to start out by saying that I love chick-fil-a. I eat there at least three times a week for breakfast. It is by far, my favorite morning retreat to have a nice breakfast and relax in the morning before my exhausting retail/service job. When I think of chick-fil-a I think "Great." However, the past couple of times Ive eaten there it has not been "great." Two days ago, I was in a hurry didnt have a lot of time but wanted my chick-fil-a before work. So, I decided to try out the chick-fil-a app on my phone and get in and out in no time. I placed my order, chicken and cheese bagel and a large Iced coffee with vanilla cream about 5-7 minutes before I got to the restaurant. I knew I was in a rush, so on the app I selected the "Im here" button as I was turning into chick-fil-a so they would go ahead and prepare it for me. Got out, walked up to the counter, under the "pick-up" sign and waited. After about 7 minutes of waiting, I get my bagel sandwich and no coffee. Had to ask for it and wait for that to be made too. In the end I was late for work and the coffee that I got was so terribly made I didnt even finish it. Today, two days later, I went through the drive through and once again there was so much creamer I couldnt tell there was coffee in it. It was also very diluted and I couldnt taste any vanilla. In closing I love chick-fil-a and I consider them a Great restaurant. However, with these past few visits to this chick-fil-a, I just havent had a "Great" experience.

This location was wonderful. The playground is not monitored by the staff. Several parents let their children over the age of 3 and over the height maximum let their children go into the play place unsupervised. They were rowdy, physical and scared the age appropriate children away. This review is more of the parents of those children not reading the posted requirements for parents and their children appropriately then of the Chick-fil-A location itself. I do wish however that periodically the staff of Chick-fil-A would monitor these things in forcing their posted rules when parents wont.

There are a couple of reasons I give Chic Fi La five stars: 1). The restaurant is always very clean 2) The service is above and beyond most sit down restaurants 3). They have their drive thru process down to exact science 4) When you eat inside people come by to refill your drinks 5) They are extremely family friendly offering family nights with free activities for the kids 6) They seem to hire a higher caliber of employees compared to most fast food chains 7) And the last thing, the food is always consistent and delicious.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Horrible. I was ordering from the manager at the counter and one of her employees came up and said theyre throwing up. The manager said they have to stay until more people come in. There were 3 employees right there just standing around doing nothing. The sick employee complains of throwing up again but nope. The manager did nothing and made them bag food (gross). I feel bad for the employee, horrible manager. The store was filthy and the bathroom needed stocked EVERYTHING.

Fast and Friendly! I was craving chicken minis and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 4 count combo and an extra 4 count. When I recieved my order I found I had a 12 count nugget instead of my extra 4 count mini. As I went in to correct this error, the young man behind the counter told me to keep the nuggets and also handed me the 4 count mini I was missing! This made my day, as bad as my cravings were this morning, you made this pregnant ladys day!! Thanks (:

Sound An Alarm
We visited this Chick-fil-A last night about 8:30. My wife asked for a cup of coffee. The girl at the counter said coffee time was over. First one Ive been to that said that. The place was also pretty nasty. Trash was on the floor and in the lobby. The trash container at the door was running over - this was not one of the places I was used to seeing, upbeat, cheerful and helpful. Hope this was not normal. I like Chick-fil-A.

This is THE best Chick-fil-A in the Grand Strand. The staff is friendly and responsive and go above and beyond for guests. The restaurant is kept clean and neat. This location has a weekly family night on Tuesdays during the school year with each week featuring a different themed activity. Great family friendly atmosphere.

I would give this restaurant 6 stars if I could. Their hospitality is amazing. One lady came up to my table and asked if I wanted a refill. Everyone I encountered was so nice. This is by far the best chick-fil-a experience I have ever had!

Unorganized..slow, saw 3 order mistakes while I was there. One of the female "runners" was very unfriendly while delivering an order, didnt speak to the customer, even when he pointed out that she had brought him the wrong order.

This place is awesome! The people are great and its so clean. They even have pretty decor :) I bring my kids on kids night because the staff is so welcoming and the food is always good. Highly recommended this location!

The server took our order for a milkshake but took like 6 other orders before going to make the milkshake while the other servers went and made the milkshakes right after their orders was taken.

I have eaten here twice after visits to the Tanger Outlets. It is the cleanest Chick-fil-a I have ever been to with very friendly staff. Check it out if you have a chance.
