This pizza Hut is very good and has very kind staff. I love coming here. Ive never had a problem. Dont listen to all the other people posting bad reviews, they dont seem to understand the concept of a restaurant being busy and are inpatient and ignorant. It takes time to cook a pizza, it takes time to make a delivery. An hour or so is typically normal for a delivery from anywhere. And no salad bar? Really? Youre honestly telling me that youre coming to PIZZA HUT for a salad bar? Lmao yeah OK. I have a feeling that the people leaving the bad reviews just want a free pizza for their "terrible experience". (:

I had an email offer deal for $7.99 large pizza carry out also a 20% off deal on email. However, that would have made that same pizza $12.83. I obviously ordered the $7.99 but because it was a carryout deal I was not allowed to eat it in the restaurant. Am I out of line thinking that is a ridiculous rule. I wound up eating the pizza in the car. Smh nice call pizza hut. I get why your businesses are dwindling and even tho I like your pizza, I do not like your customer treatment policies and there are pizza places on every corner. I guess Ill frequent them instead.

Never had slower service in my life and not exaggerating. Had the buffet and I believe it was the person who runs the place who was our waiter. Asked for a refill on water because it had been 15 minutes and never seen the guy again. Wanted the check so I had to go to the counter and the guy who I was waiting for is shoving his face with food in the back. I mean I get its only Pizza Hut but Jesus Christ act a little more professional. There are so many other better places in the area but i wanted a cheap meal. I guess you get what you pay for.

Last week we visited the Pizza Hut on Sheridan Dr and ordered the Special of 2 medium sized pizzas @ $6.99 ea. We requested 3 toppings. The pizzas we received had too much cheese and very few toppings. It seems, according to Pizza Hut, that there seems to be a national shortage of pepperoni, peppers and mushrooms. These pizzas were bland and boring. No taste whatsoever. No, we will not return

My good took so long to get here the estimated time was 6:24 and its a half an hour after that and I still havent received my food very upset my food will be cold by the time it gets here they need to work on their service Update: Pizza finally came 45 minutes late. Pizza boxes were crushed on top so the lids have cheese and sauce on them and my Pizza is squished very displeased

Its very clean as its a smaller location. Anytime Im here there is only one person working the register, the floor, and dealing with takeouts so service is almost always slow. The food is standard Pizza hut food which is good. They closed closer to me so this is the closest one.

Their pizza has gotten worse. The crust is overly seasoned/buttered to the point I feel sick after eating it. I miss the 2 locations on the boulevard. they felt like real pizza huts. the new ones are tiny and the buffets are now half the size.
