Placed our order at 1130, by 1230 we still had not received it. When we called they informed us that the address had been inputed wrong and they had marked the order undeliverable due to an (also) incorrectly inputed telephone number, which made us "unreachable." They also voided the credit card, making it impossible for us to place another order. Finally, they offered to bring us our food free of charge and we spoke to a driver to ensure that the address was correct. Upon the foods arrival, all of it was there and semi-warm... all in all, if we ordered from this pizza hut in the future(though I doubt we will) we will be picking up!

The server came up quickly and got us a drink, but never came back other than to give us our food. Pizza was not good, ordered Pan crust and it was the worst tasting pizza I have ever gotten. The crust tasted like it was stale or made differently than typical Pan crust I have gotten before. Would have let the server know, but she never came over to asked. I finally had to go find her and let her know we where leaving. Told both of the managers when asked that the crust was not good and neither one cared about the issue. Go to another location or restaurant.

My car broke down today so I ordered a pizza for my kids since we couldnt make it to the store. Ordered online, they took the money off my card. Its been 3 hours and still nothing and they dont answer the phone. Says its been in the oven for the last 2 hours. You will never get any service from me again. Had a bed experience the last time I picked one up there too, but this takes the cake! Never again!

This place is absolutely awful I ordered a pizza which was over cooked. They credit me my money back which was 27.49,but I ordered something which was $15.00 later that night and when I called about 3 weeks later they told me I didnt have any money under my phone number which was a complete lie. So, being said about $11 of my money was taken

Had a small miscommunication over the phone, but night manager Angela Garrison rectified the issue and apologized about the mix up. They do a great job for being under staffed at the time. All the bad reviews need to give people a break, its called human error and things happen. Youre not dinning 5 star at any pizza hut.

I called the store and made sure they delivered to CCU. The woman whose name starts with an M answered and confirmed. I ordered my food and waited 2 hours for my food; the driver calls and says that they dont deliver to me. The employees here need to get their stuff together. Do not reccomend ordering here.

Had me on the phone for 7 minutes and I felt unappreciated they told me the wait time to get pizza was an hour that is completely unacceptable they either need more workers or harder worker this is ridiculous

I love the wings, ive never ordered pizza from this location. The women working there were helpful and didnt look at me funny when I asked for extra extra sauce.
