I ordered from this restaurant last week and decided to give it a few days before writing this review, just to see if I still felt as strongly as I do. But this was such a poor experience that I really feel that it must be shared. A.) Toppings were left off of my wifes specialty pizza that we certainly paid for. They called after we ordered and stated that they were out of one of the toppings (diced tomatoes!!!) and then they also just neglected to put onion on it. B.) Our cheesy bread wasnt even cut C.) The cinistix were cold, crusty and stale. They must have been sitting for hours before we ordered them. Seriously, if management is this awful then a restructuring of this stores staff should definitely be be in order. I will never order from this store again as it almost seems as though they were deliberately trying to insult us by taking almost $30 of my money and then delivering such a sorry excuse for a product. *To Management: If you feel that these standards are acceptable by any means, you do not deserve the job that you obviously do so poorly. If your training and coaching has gotten so lax that you allow an order of bread sticks to leave without even being cut or to run out of such a basic ingredient as tomatoes, then shame on you.

After ordering online I was told around 30 mins for order to be delivered...30 minutes later an employee called me to inform me they didnt deliver to my location. I explained to him where i lived, that they had in fact delivered to me before multiple times, and that according to their online ordering system they were my local store (I live less than 5 miles away). The employee didnt really seem to care. At that point i advised him to cancel my order, they lost my order & all future orders. Ordered the same thing through Dominos online, it was cheaper, at my door in 20 minutes, and it was delicious. I always rotate between pizza places because i do love pizza, but because of this incident I have officially removed Pizza Hut from my rotation because the employee I spoke with was basically an idiot!

Our kids requested Pizza Hut while we were on the beach. We tried to call so we could pick up our order on the way home, but no one would answer the phone. We went inside where we met the Manager, Erika. When I mentioned that no one answered our calls she replied, theres only 3 of us working. Interesting, because there was only a family of four in the restaurant. The pizza was not the quality that we have expected from Pizza Hut. I was concerned when Erika completed our transaction that she returned to making pizza without washing her hands or using gloves. I would recommend one of the other pizza options in Surfside before visiting this Pizza Hut.

Oh the failure of Pizza Hut in Surfside. If I could give a negative review I would. Ordered a pizza at 9:30pm. Shows up at 11:10. Called TWICE! First girl said was on way then hung up. Second time was told had to be remade and was on way. Showed up cold and.... Not the right pizza!! So now at nearly 11:30 at night waiting for my oven to heat up so I can have someone elses pizza for dinner. Not like I have to go to work in the morning or anything. By the way, this store is less than 3 miles from my house. Yay me!! .. NEVER again!! I shouldve just had peanut butter & jelly and saved the $$$

I ordered our pizza online and was told it would be ready in 12 minutes. It ended up being almost an hour and there were others in the store that had been waiting an hour and a half. I had never had this problem before from that store so Im not sure if its new staff or there was a problem in the store. I would never leave a negative review however not one time did anyone apologize for the wait time to anyone in the store. Also, they never told us how long we would be waiting when we went to pay until after we had paid. Good manners and politeness goes a long way with most people.

Just wanted to share with those of you considering ordering the Pizza Mia from the Pizza Hut at this address 997A Highway 17 South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575 please save yourself the trouble. I ordered tonight 4/19/2010 and it was the worst pizza I have ever seen. There wasnt even enough cheese on it to coat the pizza. Ridiculous!!! Pizza Hut lost a customer tonight.Seriously, and this is no joke, a Totinos pizza from the frozen food section is 10 times better than this pizza! Go to Papa Johns or another Pizza Hut franchise that actually gives a damn about their product!

We got mozzarella sticks from there and they were delicious. We decided to order from them again the next day, since the first time was so good. We ordered a triple treat box, and the pizza was the best I ever had! The breadsticks and the cookie pie were both amazing. I definitely recommend going here!

We called the first time then we were put on hold for 6 minutes just to be hung up on and then we called again and no one answered. Then we called AGAIN and someone answered and we got put on hold for 7 minutes. Awful service

They are rude. Take forever. Do not tip them. The crust is sorry and the pizza taste oily. Greasy greasy greasy. Im pissed. Its so bad that you can find a review from 6years ago on this location. That nothing ha changed
