Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food restaurant in the country. This location was the worst one I have been. The cashier was not friendly. She did not know the answer to our questions and made them up. When asked if you can use the app for points but not pay with the app she said no. I informed her that there is a way but they have to hit a button on their machine. Frustrated, she got the manager who did not know either but figured it out. He said that the app was new and they were learning still. The app came out almost 2 months ago. I placed a second order and my app was then not scanned. I do not think it was a coincidence that she skipped out on crediting my points to me. I do not recommend this Chick-Fil-A location. The food was good because of the brand.

Myself along with my brother are visiting from NY. My brother and I along with two very close friends stopped by today. Wanted to say Mr Paul Alverson and his staff are doing a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant was very busy and we were most impressed with how well kept the Restaurant is. It was very clean and very well managed. Today they had a Carnival going. It was great for the kids and to bring people out. Thank you for making our visit even better.

First of their shakes are to die for! I will not get shakes but only from them, S service is fantastic....but.....my wife got food poisoning one night. We contacted the store and upper management not so much as a sorry nothing. That finished us...we wont eat there again..it was a grilled chic sandwich she had gotten

Only got three nuggets it was supposed to be for got a piece of breading for the fourth nugget sandwich seem like it been on the warmer a little too long cuz all dried out dont give me wrong Ill eat Chick-fil-A all the time and I love their food but this time just wasnt great might affect my decisions in the future

Chick-fil-A of Conway is the best. Their people are so friendly. Its like my second home. Great service. Great environment. Always clean. The owner of this establishment is a GREAT man. They do a lot for the community as well. You couldnt ask for a better place to eat. Great job everyone!!!

I was surprised how many people like this place, because the quality of food is low, chicken is very fat here, milkshake tastes gross and the texture is bad (milk separates in chunks right away). I was really hoping to like this place, but sorry, I rather go somewhere else.

My family always stops here on the way down to Myrtle Beach for our annual beach vacation. The service is always great and using the new CFA One App makes it even better. We put our order in while sitting in traffic and it was at the counter for us when we walked in.

I love the friendly staff and atmosphere. I frequent the store quite often maybe four times a week. I know that is a lot but I just cant get enough. they never get my order wrong, my fries are always hot, and I love my chicken sandwich!!

The food is usually delicious here! However, for the past 2 days in a row my biscuits have been burnt, dry and hard!! Theres also a nasty racist woman working at the drive through! I will be going to Carolina Forest from here on out!!!

Always a good experience. The order taker was cheery and friendly on the speaker, unlike their Dunkin neighbors. Great to hear a pleasant voice in the morning. Had to wait a bit, but no big deal.
