Forgot part of a order. Called and was told it would be delivered shortly. When it did it was wrong. Called the manager and was told I could have a credit for my next order. I was not interested in this and said there was plenty of other places that wanted my business and was hung up on your called and back and was hung up on again. Will never do business with them again

We have moved to papa johns because we know what we are getting every time. Pizza hut is the most expensive and takes the longest and tonite we got burnt to a crisp dinner box. Never again. All the min. Wage managers know how to do is give store credit. How can we use store credit if we are not coming back. Sorry but you lost this customer for good.

Outstanding food and service on a consistent basis. Theyve really pulled their stuff together within the last two years. Good food at a great price, after almost 50orders they made a mistake, the manager went above and beyond to fix it and make our family happy. 5stars

This is the third and last time I will be getting a pizza that has slices with hardly ANY cheese on it. .. what the hell... This place use to be decent, then a few months ago something changed ... Oh well, wont be going back..wish I could post a pic of this sad pizza...

The pizza was not done i have ate at Pizza Hut chains all over and I think the company itself is gone I mean a .99cent Pizza from food lion is much better than what I just got and if they think its good i mean who is making these Pizza wow

Horrible! Took over a hour and a half to get it and they even said they reheated it and will be fine. Like I want a reheated pizza. They only gave store credit that just barely covered even after taking the pizza back to the store
