I thought the rude service at KFC lohman was bad went there two weeks ago, the guy in the drive through heard the first item i ordered gave me a total, i still had more items to order..rude customer service.. I Went through the drive thru today 3/13/15 on idaho after lunch peak at 2pm. The manager was running the drive through. He answered with"what do you want!" He asumed what i wanted for sides.. when i asked for dr. Pepper he said "we dont have that its broke" he was extremely rude!

This places is RIDICULOUS!! Not once, but many times that we come here theyre yelling at us through the speaker and when we pull up to the window shes yelling at us like if we ordered our order wrong!? You figure a drive thru is to get your food and go.. not here! They have you pull up and wait 10-15 minutes to get the food to you. We order 2 items. And you cant make that? Wow!

The manager the really needs counseling he yells at you that giant here and tells you pull up and then a miraculous memory recovery happens where he remembers your order to a t Ive told corporate about him and that still havent done anything

What can I say? Its KFC. Good food stuffs, I think their prices are pretty high and I try not to eat a lot of fried food so I almost never go, but the daily specials that they have throughout the week are definitely worth checking out

I dont usually go to this one because I easily forget about it. But the last time I went, the lady was so sweet and nice. Made us comfortable and had great recommendations for what we were discussing.

Weird smell when you first walk in. My son ordered a Go Cup with tenders. They seem fresh. I ordered a 2 piece original and the chicken tastes not fresh. Girl taking the order seems indifferent.
