Greatest experience of my life. My buddy and I walked into this combination fast food restaurant and were greeted by one worker who exclaimed, "could this day get any longer!" Followed only by questions of whether they could kick us out and lock the doors because they were closing in 10 minutes. Luckily for us, one of the cashiers wouldnt let it happen. I got a large fry and a large root beer float; my buddy got a $5 box meal, for like half the price I paid. What a deal!! It was worth every penny for the show this wonderful staff put on. It was absolute chaos behind the counter. Half the staff was already checked out, but our savior cashier made sure that everyone was making our food. One lady was using her bare hands to distribute the chicken into the respective boxes, this is the type of personal care you wont find anywhere else. No worries though, we witnessed her wiping her hands with a greasy, dirty towel. We were in there with about four other people. They refused to use the numbers they gave us and instead just yelled out the orders and, I swear to god, just tossed the containers down onto the counter. I waited forever for my fries, but when I got them I realized why: family size fries. Thats right, instead of getting the large fries I ordered, I got pretty much a bucket full of fries. So much infact that The grease seeped through the packaging and all over my clothes. This experience may seem like these employees didnt give a fu*k, but trust me, theyre artists of their crafts and I will be returning. 5 stars.

So I go to KFC to feed my family of 6 an get a special of the 12 PC bucket with cake for 26.99$ an I go to order at 825pm it says they close at 930 pm an the lady is telling me how its to late to get a bucket that size because they dont have it an will not cook it because they are closing at 9pm. So she tells me well do you want anything else ot just come back tomorrow... Umm hello no I want my food tonight not tomorrow my kids are hungry an yes I was a bad mom an couldnt get dinner Ill later because of paying bills an having alot to do... So Im pissed I have 4 cars behind me and one in front of me an cant get out of the drivethru. So when I get up to the window I ask the cashier how long does it take to cook chicken a batch she said we are not going to cook any chicken ken because we close in 5 mins! Yelling at me so I was rude asking her again in a not nice voice how long does it take to cook chicken she goes and asks comes back to tell me 24 mins to cook chicken. So the point to my rant is that I have 4 hungry kids an 2 very mad parents who want to eat food an were sitting in the dive thru for 30 mins!! I dont know if I will ever go back I have worked fast food for 15 years an NEVER treated a costumer that bad!!!!!!

Paid for the entertainment, not the food. From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a good show so I just had to get some food to compliment it. A lady walked out of the kitchen saw us in line then yelled, "could this day get any longer!?!" then ran back into the kitchen. Then my friend ordered a root beer float so the cashier asked the kitchen for a float but no one moved. She was then forced to take a more aggressive approach and yell that she needed a root beer float, it worked. Then an order came out but there was some confusion as to whos it was so one of the staff yelled, "WHO ORDERED FIRST?! WHO HAD THE K2?!" A scared looking man quickly went up to get his meal and escaped. I looked back at the kitchen and saw a woman grabbing chicken tenders with her bare hands and prayed that it wasnt my order, but it was. I decided that I wouldnt be able to win an argument with these people so I just took my food. The same lady then yelled, "CAN WE LOCK THE DOORS YET?!" then ran into the restaurant and locked one of doors before closing time. I wasnt sure if we were gonna make it out in time but we did by very close margin. 10/10 would go again, I loved the taste of that ladys hands in my chicken.

Generally, the food is decent... but make sure you dont have anything else planned the rest of the day. Itll take about that long to get through there. After having not gone there in a while, I went back last week. I pulled up to the drive through speak, was told to sit tight... and then just waited. And waited. After 10 minutes, nobody returned to the speaker to take my order. Fortunately, nobody pulled in behind me and I was able to back out. Went back today to give them one more try. There was only 1 other car in line, and they were already at the window... not sure how long they had been there. Got my order taken after 2 or 3 minutes... and then waited some more. After about 15 minutes, I was able to get through the line. To add to the annoyance, I got home to find that my polar swirl was only filled up 1/2 to 2/3 of the cup, and they filled the rest of it up with whip cream. I feel like its safe to say I probably wont be giving them any more chances.

I went into A&W with my son, and waited for about 1/2 hour to get my food, but still never received it. I understand they were short handed as I could see that. But when people were getting there food that were after me that ordered large orders of chicken. I just went up to the counter and asked for my money back. The manager was inappropriate, not nice, and when I left there I felt very demeaned. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Bad customer service. However, the day manager was very nice, and she was very apologetic. So I feel this place may have potential, as it does have good food, love the Root Beer, but however do to the rude manager at night. I will probably not go there anymore. There are other excellent choices in Bozeman. I give it two stars, as I do like the food, but not the service.

Pulled up to the drive threw, the lady asked if I was done yet repedidly until I was finally done ordering, I asked for biskets they said well I dont have honey so just butter cool? I said no thanks... get to the window said my total with an attitude I gave her money, she was still rolling her eyes at the guy pulling out of the drive ahead of me. She gave me the change and other lady gave me my food I asked for sauce they told me they were out. I left without my drinks mossing a sandwich no fries no sauce no honey and no sauce on the other sandwich. If the service would have been nice, I would have been ok but the attitude and lack of food was rediculous. Why I didnt check my bags I dont know. I called twice with no answering machine it just continuously rang
