This was quite the off experience. When I first pulled into the parking lot I saw 2 employees standing under a tree taking selfies despitr several people just having entered the restaurant. Upon entering I was greeted with the charming smell of mildew and some form of sewage. Right by the register I noticed the cleaning closet wide open and can only hope the aroma was wafting from tgere and not the kitchen. As I approached the counter I was not greeted in any fashion beyond a blank stare. The lady behind the counter seemed completely disinterested in being there and when she spoke i was barely able to comprehend her english. I paid and received my food in a reasonable wait time for being 2nd in line at time of entering. The foods taste was passable however there were several mistakes. I did not receive a biscuit with my order and no dipping sauces for my tenders. Overall the best part of the meal was the cookie which was soft and delicious. On the whole, if youre looking for chicken I would suggest another establishment.

The place was absolutely disgusting!!!! Then o went to the restroom and as i walked down the hall it smelled like a sewer. The girl unlocked the bathroom door and opened it for me so she saw inside the bathroom and it was a wreck. The toilet was stuffed and the toilet brush was brown and gross with old dried brown stuff on it. The floors were slippery and the rooms smell was unbearable. I literally had to hold my breathe. When i went back out, i told the hispanic male employee and he rolled his eyes and looked at me as if he didnt care and it was my job. And the rest of them just stood around talking. The rest of the time i was in there eating, i could barely eat because i was basically scarred from the bathroom incident and had lost my appetite. I will never go back Dont go here unless you want to get sick or unless you pray over your food really well!!!!

This place is a bit run-down and it had a funky smell. The workers were nice but its not a place that you would want to dine in. The highchairs are sticky, dirty and had a bit of spider webs on it, very unsanitary. Also saw one lady employee threw the chicken into the fryer and she didnt wear no plastic gloves. Then went to touch her phone afterwards and the cash register. None of the employees wore plastic gloves. Which is not sanitary because they go touch the food and go back to touch the register and then go back again to touch the food with their bare hands. Which is really gross! I wouldnt recommend this place. Definitely not coming here again.

Most disrespectful employees.. She closed the window on me while I was still speaking I told her she could at least be a little more respectful and she said "excuse me" rolled her eyes and closed the window again... This is not the first time the location on cortaro was just as rude so I decided to come this one and experienced the same 2nd time coming to KFC and its horrible will never go to another KFC... Worst experience in my life

Drive through is barely audible. Ordered the chicken strip share bucket . Once at the window i was informed that it would take 6 mins,ended up taking 15. I did receive a few extra pieces of shoe leather. This was tuff,old or over cooked I was thinking since there was a wait it would be fresh. Five min drive home and shoe.leather. Service here and the quality has been sub par for some time.

Used the drive through and received my meal in a quick fashion. Everything that I ordered was accurately prepared. I did not have a chance to go inside so im not exactly sure how clean the restaurant looks. I will say that the mashed potatoes were very dry. But besides that the food was excellent and I would likely return again if I am near by.

Terrible....food was not nutritional !! The honey is mainly High fructose corn syrup!! The spread for bisquits is margerin, and preservatives. Chicken was not quite cooked. Mashed potatoes are powdered fake stuff. Bisquits were like all dough. Cole slaw was so sugary !! Yuck yuck all around. I will Never eat at KFC ever again. Sad affairs....

Food was good, but service was lacking. When the employee read back my order it was wrong, and when I tried to correct it, they decided it was better to argue with me. I finally got my correct order, but there was only 1 fork for 3 meals. I had gotten it in the drive-thru so by the time I knew about it there was no going back.

This place smells like sewage Everytime I go.they started saying it was the street. After the third time. I asked again what it was and they told us it was the mens bathroom. Like seriously why isnt management getting things like that fixed its disgusting. Why would you even want your employees working with food like that.

Pretty dirty. The workers seem like they are trying to do their best in a store thats pretty much falling apart - there was water all over the kitchen area the 2 times I was there. Also they were out of a variety of different products all of which I came to the store for, so that was rather upsetting. Just avoid this place

Absolutely the worst KFC in and around Tucson. Always out of food at peak times, never get an order right, food is awful. Also the place is filthy while staff stand around talking to themselves. KFC should shut this one down or take it over. Travel up the road to Oracle and Magee where they get it right every time.

Like 10 like the others say you dont get everything you order when you go through the drive-thru we had to go back in three times to get salt napkins and dip to go with the chicken Does KFC need the nighttime manager that has stock in the business so theyre worried about how the performance is done

They once ran out of food and we had to wait like 30 min. Then they messed our so we had to take it back. Service is going so slow. Only to work es who dont know what to do. Honestly just go to Popeyes a more upscale version. But cheap and more flavor. But gave me extra food for the wait

Bad service always take forever last time i went there i waited at the drive thru for more than 30min to order my food and there was nobody in line but me and they still had me pull forward and Wait for them to bring my food.never went back

Waited for a while for someone to take my order on the drive thru, then after I payed I was told to drive forward and wait. Waited 10 minutes. Their customer service is really bad. I wont be coming back.

The stench of raw sewage INSIDE the store, there is no foul smell outside at all, literally made me vomit! Who could eat food from a place filled with the stench of raw sewage? I dont know anyone.
