Brought a relative from out of town to Popeyes because they dont have one in Fort Collins, Colorado. She had missed their food! They had New Orleans Music playing, it was very clean and beautiful, we ordered a family dinner with four large sides and it was all delicious. They brought the food out to our table checked on us during the meal, and when a four-year-old in our group spilled a small strawberry soda on the ground, they came over and cleaned it up very quickly. We had offered to do it but they said no, we will do it, "accidents happen." I was unhappy with the Cajun rice it didnt have the right flavor they gave me a different side right away without any problem. The manager was super and we were all happy with the service .

I just got fired from here. They make so many shortcuts and it ruins the food. There are 2 rat traps, with rats in them, over by where they marinate the raw chicken. The rat traps have been there since open yet they have never been changed. They do major breach of contracts. I would suggest never going to this place. I have gotten food poisoning 3 different times. They have had 10 different account of raw chicken being served. Nothing is properly cleaned and the chicken sit in the heating area for hours if it isnt busy. If you do decide on going then please go after it is busy. That is when you will get the freshest food.

I ordered the 12 piece mixed, and I asked is it 3 of each, and he said yes with family sides I got 6 breasts 1 drumstick 5 thighs and my side of mashed potatoes was a individual serving 1 scoop of mash/gravy. The chicken was so dry my kids including myself couldnt eat it as of though it had been sitting all day or cooked twice.Im a single mother of 3 kids so eating out is rare. Thanks for wasting my money however customer service was great they sold me a terrible product with smiles.

False advertisment on the windows, when we order the special on the window, they said the no longer have the special and removed it after we asked for it. Didnt get our order right, paid for a lg mash potatoe and mac and cheese..they forgot to give us the green beans, mac and cheese and the mash potatoe was a small. Horrible customer service and attitude..had to call and go again to get the items they forgot to give us..the green beans were over cooked, biscuits were dry and hard.

Horrrile dirty place...the manager can barely understand English, the assistant manager is a LIAR, we were told by one employee that when someone complains to them they mess with youre food!!! Also when eating their my daughter saw a small cockaroach, thats when we complained and they tried to hide it, Rosa the manager should really know how to treat and talk to her customers, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, we rather drive ALLLLL the way to the one on 22nd and buy their!

This location is extraordinarily clean (as its brand new), is technologically advanced for a fast food restaurant, delicious & most importantly FRESH SEAFOOD & CHICKEN! Hand prepared to order. Im absolutely in love w this location & the employees that continue to run the busy restaurant smoothly. Ordered two boxes.. Left - $5 Chicken Box Right - Butterfly Shrimp Box. Both equally tasty!

We have ordered all white several times only to get mixed. Saturday we again ordered all white only to get mixed. I went back inside and showed them my order and they replaced our food. But we did not get a biscut. We got charged for white but received mixed. We stopped going because we could not count on a correct order. It is going to be a while before we go back if at all.

I have been here before and had wonderful experiences, but today it was not so great. I usually get the 6 pc nugget meal. I ordered it with green beans and a large sweet tea. I got fries and unsweetened tea... Im not sure how that could be mixed up when fries and green beans dont even sound the same. I will try again but Ill be waiting awhile.

Went a bit after 10pm on Sunday on 1/9. Ordered a 5 piece tender combo. Go home opened the box all I received were cold broken up bits and chunks of (hardly)chicken. Most of it was breading. Obviously the employees were too lazy to make more so we were just given the leftovers of whatever they had left so that they did not have to make more.

Super friendly staff! They actually asked what kind of meat we wanted!! No other chicken place does that. Id go back just for that. Its even better that the food is wonderful. I wasnt fond of the green beans. They have a gravy sauce but they were cooked well. The slaw is wonderful. I love the biscuits. And the chicken is the best!

I have yet to receive an order that is correct (3 times now). As long as you carefully double check everything, the food is tasty and fresh. If you use the drive through, be SURE to take the time to check that you got what you ordered, the employees at this popeyes anyway seem to ALWAYS get it wrong.

The food is fried in motor oil! You think Im playing but the oil is BLACK, from not being changed nearly enough. Instead of golden chicken or shrimp it comes out of the fryer a dark or burnt looking brown. That being said, Ive still eaten there once or twice. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

They seemed really busy or their management was rushing them, I dont know but they asked if they gave me my drink like 2-3 times, spaced on my sauces ordered, and when I got home 3 piece instead of the 5 peice I ordered and paid for... Lame ;_;.... Still good chicken though-_-

While I love the food at Popeyes, this location is just like the rest that Ive been to. It always feels like you showed up after a huge rush. Everything is a little disorganized and the crew is a little slow. The dining room always feels like it should be wiped down as well.

Great chicken . Staff was friendly. There was a lone when I got there, but it moved quickly. It was,a little crowded because they just opened this location on this side of town. Im glad they did great place its brand new and food was great.
