STEER CLEAR from this place. The only positive thing I can say is that the construction company did a good job on the renovation, as the entire decor was new. Drinks: Overpriced beer that tastes like pennies and metal, probably from the new copper draught lines. Having a large beer selection is great and all, but if all the beer tastes like metal you are doing something wrong. Owners definitely purchased draught lines from China or something because all the beer tasted like metal; the stouts, IPAs, etc; Had to switch to bottles to rinse that nasty taste out of my mouth. Liquor was overpriced. Food: Disgusting and takes FOREVER to come out.. Bleu cheese burger I ordered medium well came out raw, had to be sent back. Waited ANOTHER 25-30 minutes for it to come out, then came out burnt and over well. Fries were soggy and gross. Ketchup was empty, and took the bartender 3 minutes to find one that was full. The ketchup she DID bring was covered in old and crusty ketchup. Havent you heard of cleaning the condiments after your shift? Service: Horrible. Took 5 minutes just to get noticed by the bartender, some girl named "Anastasia", even when it wasnt that busy. She was more concerned with chatting with her friends and on her phone than making sure I was being taking care of properly. Wasnt sure if that was her stripper name, or her real name, but it must be her stripper name as her low cut top had her melons pouring out of her shirt and right in my face the few times she did decide to come check on me. Management thinks thats ok? Absolutely gross and unprofessional. She didnt even know that a Manhattan is supposed to get a dash of bitters and SPLASH of vermouth. It was 50% whiskey, 50% vermouth. Had to send that back too. Its obvious this place has owners who have never run a restaurant before. When I told the manager how upset I was at the service, he was sincerely apologetic, but he looked like he was 15 years old and again, had probably never worked in the restaurant industry before. Heres a tip for the owners: Fire your cooks, dont hire strippers for your bartenders, dont have your 15 year old son manage the place you probably spent hundreds of thousands of dollars renovating, and actually give a crap about your customers, your food, and your drinks.

My family took me there for a fathers day dinner. Everything seemed fine, got seated and drinks and they came over to take our order. Then everything went down hill there. After an hour my son who is 6 started to cry because he was so hungry. No one came to offer us drinks in that whole time while waiting. Another 20 mins goes by and my plate came out.... Just my plate, no one elses. I tried to offer my son some of my food but he didnt want any of it. After another 20 mins finally my sons food comes out. Meanwhile my wife is sitting there with no food. I was eating my food slowly at first but after a few minutes I stopped because I was planning on eating with my family. 20 mins later the waitress came over to tell us it should be out soon. We told her to just box it and to bring out boxes for what was left of mine and my sons food. Took our bill to the front to the manager and told him how terrible the service was and had our bill taken care of. Worst experience weve ever had, so much so that that was the first time we ever had to complain to management. Wont go back there again. Its a shame because they do have a nice out door area. But as far as the staff goes, they need a full overhaul.

Theyve never been the best or the worst until last night. Service was usually a bit on the slow side, but nothing too terrible. Last night changed it all, and for the worst. My wife prefers rare steaks. She ordered a rare steak. She got a medium rare steak. We even went online to check and compare with pictures of rare vs medium rare. This was definitely a medium rare steak. It got sent back to ask for it to be actually rare. This wound up resulting in an argument with someone there (chef? owner? manager? title was never made clear to me) in which he basically made her feel like an idiot over his insistence that this was actually a rare steak when it clearly was not. She wound up leaving while I paid the bill. I wound up in my own 5 minute argument with him a few minutes later because of his poor customer service skills. We used to go here at least every few weeks. After this, though, we probably will never go back. Making your customers feel like idiots for having a preference is the worst possible thing to do in any customer service field.

Where to start... I cant speak for the nightly dinning experience, but what a $41T show the in house catering. We arrived 10 mins late from our wedding rehearsal and the dinning area wasnt even set up for us. When the area was finally set up the food came late it only fed half of the party we quoted the venue for. And then 25 mins later the rest of our guests were finally fed. Then we started to notice that the temperature was rising and they failed to turn the air conditioner on untill we got the manager and they finally turned on. The room was 80 degrees before the actual finally got on halfway through the event. What bugs me the most is that they missed the mark on the most important part of the venue, feeding us. Quite sad. If I were to say the only good things were the management and waiters were very kind, but it felt like it was their first time ever doing this. The food was great I just wish they were ready when we said we were going to be there, its like they totally forgot.

Draught house changed drastically from last year. My husband, son and friend were very disappointed. Menu changed...food came out dry. My husband had a tbone steak for $27.00...Def not worth it. I asked for my specialty salad with dressing on side. Salad was drenched with dressing. When I mentioned to waitress she said "oh..I asked them to put dressing on side but guess they couldnt". Then she walked away. No offer to make a new salad. Needless to say I couldnt take home leftover salad since it would have been soggy next day. So so disappointed. Wanted to make my husbands birthday celebration nice..sorry sweetheart. I highly doubt we will ever go back .

Weve been looking forward to eating at the drought house for awhile. We finally had the chance to stop in tonight and my pregnant girlfriend wasnt feeling well so we decided to get our entrees to go when our server Alexis brought our food out the steaming hot entree fell all over the side of my pregnant girlfriends leg and hand. we didnt get any extra napkins to clean the table it was just left for us to clean we also didnt get compensated or get to talk to a manager after leaving a 20% tip on top of being banged in to by 2 servers and a customer while sitting down trying to enjoy my meal other than that the food was great.

My boyfriend and I decided to try the Draught House last night and we had an amazing time. It was pretty busy since it was a Friday night but we had no issues at all. Our server, Tara, was very attentive and did an awesome job with suggesting our meals. I ordered the duck kabob (my first time trying duck) and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it. The drinks were reasonably priced and made great. The manager Amanda even came over to make sure our experience there was going well. I will definitely be returning very soon! Over all this was one of the best places I have been to in a while!
