Tried this location last month and 9 at night no one was here at the door the place was empty. We waited over ten minutes no one came over until we walked out. We left anyway...now were here again october 30th and waited ten minutes like they said but kept getting skipped over because they forgot about us and now were finally seated waiting for our server who still hasnt taken our order after giving us our drinks easily fifteen minutes ago. Dont waste your money and time here it seems they hire anyone who wanders in!

New salad bar not much different from old, big difference is that its no longer free, you pay a fee no matter what you order, just depends on how much. Waited over an hour for meal before we were told that they are out of our sides, need to order so thing else. Never again this place needs to close!

Service was very good, but his place has changed since my last visit. The entrees my wife and I ordered looked more like appetizers than main dishes: the portions were so shockingly small that we thought there had been a mistake. This is my last visit....

Poor service, wrong food served then had to wait 5 minutes for my correct food to be microwaved & cook a few shrimp. Thankfully they didnt charge for my meal. Poor presentation of the meal as well. I think we are done here.

Ruby Tuesday of Hackettstown, NJ has delicious burgers. I wish there appetizer menu offered more options. Food overall tastes great. If you never visited this particular location you definitely should consider.

General Manager had a respiratory infection a week ago but luckily shes back today to serve us food. Server too busy catering to friends, good thing hes off next week if you want to come in. Written 12-23 630pm

Service was great however my meal was subpar. I ordered a half rack of dry rub ribs and it was like eating beef jerky. I will say the garden bar was decent.
