The food was egh at best. Best pancakes I have ever had, but it doesnt make up for everything else. The ham I asked for was two small little pieces, and normally iHops give a full piece. Eggs seemed as if they were scooped and from a hospital. The water was nasty tap water. The waiter was amazing. Best part of the place. Always smiling, very helpful and reliable. As for the hostess, she was terrible. Skipped over our 2 person party 3 times!!!! When I asked her about it she told me it was a 5-10, minute wait. We waited close to 20 minutes after she told us that. She was very rude and arrogant. And in my opinion, not good at her job. As she skipped over us numerous times. The seating for waiting was terrible too. It is a narrow slab of wood with little cushioning provided. Parking is terrible too. They have about 10 spots in the lot, most of which seems to be taken up by employees. We had to park in the returaunt next door. We didnt enjoy the expirence as much as we would have liked, due to fear of being towed. This is one of the two establishments I will never return to again. I can go to a diner or elsewhere, get the same food, better service, for less.

The atmosphere is terrible, the restaurant is cramped, and I was served what can only be described as a slab of hashbrown, which looked like it was cut from a larger slab and re-heated in the microwave, because it was lukewarm and soggy. We were then left waiting in confusion for about 15 minutes when the waitress dropped off our check folder and never came back to pick it up. I have yet to dine at a restaurant where they drop off the check in a folder and do not pick it up. I dont usually flat out refuse to return to a restaurant, but I see absolutely no reason to return to this location, especially when the Keyport ihop is about the same distance away from me, and with twice the quality.

Our server was excellent, food was good. The manager was pushy and angered me to the point of almost taking my party of 11 to another restaurant. After being told that there would be a 20 minute wait 3 members of our party went next door to grab an eyeglass kit. A table became available and the manager would not let us be seated because 3 member of our party were not there. There were other tables near by us that didnt tip their servers because of the actions of the manager. We felt bad and tipped our server well, however we will not come back to this location.

O...M...G! It was AMAZING!!! I got the summer signature Banana & Strawberry Creme Pie Pancakes with an Egg Combo. The pancakes filled me up! And their service and atmosphere was awesome. ❤ ❤ ❤ The waitress was respectful, social, and was quick! The price is worth the food. It fills you up! And they always offer more for you. I recommend this IHOP

Too much pancakes for one person to eat! Just too much wastage. We generally saw around and many people wasted so much food. They can reduce the quantity or size. Service was fair. We were given the check while we were still eating and thinking of ordering something more.

They should do something to fix the exit of their place. I was not able to see the cars coming on my left when existing. Safety first, an important reason to not go there again. I recommend they install a mirror or prohibit parking on the side of the road.

There are days that there are long lines or the service is a bit long. But for the most part, especially this day it was great service. Food came at a good time, no lines, not to crowded. I thought it was a great day for some breakfast at Ihops!

Its the most congested ihop. Hardly any space to even move your hands while eating. IHOP food is the same everywhere. I liked it. Service was good but being there on Sunday morning there is going to be a rush resulting in a bit slow service.

One of my favorites! IHOP is a delicious option when you dont know where to go: They have so much variety! The prices are just right, and even on a sunday morning, the wait is never longer than 15 minutes. IHOP is so much more than pancakes!

This IHOP gets 4 stars from me for the following reasons: the parking lot is a nightmare and the restaurant itself is an older one, so its really cramped here. However, the food here is good and service is top notch.

Its disgusting manager coughs all over the silverware and in her hands and wont wash them. Dishwashers barley wash the silverware its always filthy. Some servers hardly do their job.
