That a good popeyes to be at. I come thur drive thur every night around 7 730pm and it one person at the window who alwasys get my order together. Nice youndg lady name Amirah. I REMEBER because she always tell me that got my rice and she made sure that had a large for me. And also the manger Sunny nice person. I told him about one problem and every since it been fix. Update...08-17.. Store is always slammed and ONLY ONE CASHIER!!!!!! Come management..buy more registers....Also system went down today so they were only taking cash... Get with the program management !! Customer Service is excellent. Issue is they have ONE register. Takes very long to place order during rush times which is always. They need a better POS system or MORE registers.

The rt22 union NJ location is the most pathetic brand new store Ive ever been to. Five people in a row had all messed up orders including mine ......whats the problem no one can speak or understand English it took three idiots to understand the lady in front of me orders wow what a sad world ...........make America great again PLEASE.

Ask for dark meat only and they confirms and gives you mix. And ask for mild only then they confirms and they gives you spicy only. Now I have two children crying because they bit into spicy chicken. My autistic child might be traumatized. Autistic children does not like change.

Food is good but service could be better. I just ordered two chicken breasts.. i paid extra for them.. when i got home i opened the box and found a leg and thigh.. wasnt even busy.. how hard is that order to mess it up. Ill drive a little further and go to one with better service.

I highly recommend to make sure you get your change back correctly. I gave 20$ I didnt notice she (the lady with tattoos on her arm) put as If i gave her a 10...17cents back in change. I was in a hurry I just noticed Im missing 10$ in change. $"#%# slick

Drive through sucked. Very poor customer service. They cant get the order right. The window was closed immediately after giving the bag. There was no Have A Good Day nor anything. I felt they wanted customers gone right away after a half-hearted service.

Not the healthiest choice but sometimes you need your popeyes fix! :) This location is very clean, the only problem is you can almost feel the grease dripping off your face when you leave! The price we pay for good tasting food high in calories. :)

Ive been to so many Popeyes but this Popeyes is unique. I walk in the staffs are on point, meaning friendly,smiling and within 5mins I was out. The chicken was fresh. I just cant believe Popeyes can offer such services. Great job guys

Nothing more frustrating then when your order is wrong. When you ask for bbq sauce then give you creole sauce just the icing on the sub par experience. All in all double checking an order is not a hard thing.
