This business does not have any customer service. When you ask the owner a question his response is "what do you need" whatever that means. You want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but he makes it hard to patronage or respect this business from the lack of customer service. The chicken that I ordered was over-seasoned and the grease tasted old. The establishment is extremely dirty and full of grease and spider webs in the dining area. Everything you touch is greasy or dirty. The county inspector may need to make a surprise visit and make the owner clean up the place.

I get all the negative reviews about a gruff guy at the counter, and mass produced mashed potatoes and salads. But I give it 5 stars because it tastes exactly like it did 25 years ago when I was a little kid and my parents would order it from the one that used to be in monroe. And we would eat it on the porch in the summer when it rained. Really good fried chicken, and theres something about the sauce on the ribs that you cant explain. One day this place might be replaced by something that serves quinoa or artisan chicken, but it would be sorely missed

This is the WORST place ever. Twice I tried to place an order for delivery (i live in south river) He says it will take an hour, I said thats fine. He takes my order, which was $13.00 and says OH NO, are you kidding, I will not deliver for that amount! So I said o.k. what is your minimum deliver, I will add something else, he said NO MINIMUM!!! I told him off! THIS PLACE SUCKS and they need to hire ppl that dont have a SHITTY attitude!! What the hell IS your MINIMUM for delivery! I will be sure to tell my friends not to EVER order from this ASSH*LE!

I called to place a order for delivery and he put me on hold for 10 mins and then I tried to place my order and he got mad at what I said I wanted n then when he asked if ill be picking it up i said no its for delivery he got even madder and rudder and then put me on hold again with out telling me n then he gets back on the phone and says alright u need to give me more money if u want a delivery so I said okay n he signed angrily at me so I hung up I will never try to eat there horrible customer service

Let me make this nice and easy for everyone. The food is REALLY GOOD, but the customer service is awful. If youre going to call for delivery you will more than likely get an overly angry guy that will randomly put you on hold for no reason. Ive ordered from this place like 4 times and every time the same guy picked the phone up and was completely rude. BUT like i said the food is actually really good, so if you dont mind dealing with a complete bafoon then youre good.

Its not a Holiday, its a whole vacation! The menu is huge, with the main focus on fresh fried chicken and a wide assortment of sides. The chicken tastes fresh, not frozen. Some of the "non core" items are a little subpar - we tried the "boneless buffalo" strips and they seemed processed / frozen. The portions are epic, and the service is friendly and personal - very "mom and pop". Stick with the fried chicken and popular sides. And take a Holiday!

My go to place for chicken dinner. I usually get a bucket of chicken which come mixed with the different pieces. They are hot, crispy and well seasoned. I always phone in my order and it was always ready when I get there.

This food was disgusting. I was so mad we spent so much money on the worst chicken ever. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the worst Ive ever had. The service is slow and the store is fithly.
