This was my first time at this particular KFC and it was the worst experience. I ordered a K8 meal, it took forever for the meal to be ready. Finally after about five minutes, a young lady came out from inside the restaurant to give me my food. I drive to work, I sit down to eat and was horrified. There was literally four tiny pieces of chicken, a small portion of mashed potatoes and a small portion of corn, no cheese and a whole lot of gravy!!!!!! I called to complain and was offered a free K8 meal, but only God knows when Ill make it to Newburgh again, smh!!!

I thought the speaker was broken at the drive threw, but I pulled up to the window and the girl said she heard me. She was very pleasant, took my order and wished me a good day, with a smile. Im not a big fan of KFC, but I needed something quick and easy. But the service is great.

This place is horrible they cant switch a side to a different side even if its the same price and the gravy was water like. Also if you want to change a wing into a breast they have to charge you about 2 Dollars!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

The chicken and fries look like it was sitting long past the holding time, under the breading was discolored the food tasted like old burnt reused oil Ill never eat at that place again
