I come here often for a quick lunch in hopes that their chicken would actually taste like the original recipe KFC is known for. Unfortunately, no luck whatsoever. The chicken at this place very often taste over fried, too dark in color, and taste as if its been in the warmer for far too long to taste like original recipe. Maybe this is the reason why this KFC is always empty when I come in. They need to cook their original recipe chicken the KFC way and not with their own homemade seasoning that taste like crap. Come on people, this suppose to be Kentucky Fried Chicken and NOT Mommas Fried Chicken straight from Ghettoville.

its fast food just go in, get food, get out. The 5 dollar fill up is great comes out to about 5.30 and its good except for the cookie, its really just a slab of warm chocolate. There is this one guy thats nice and friendly. The others have a real attitude problem. Since i havent been to a KFC in a while and never go that often i sometimes have to look at the menu and this for Some reason bothers the girl that work there. Calm down lady Im not even in line. Still for the price it cant be beat. But if you want good customer service go to the nouches de colombia down the street or the pizza place right next door

Consistently the worst customer service ever.. I have not been here in over 2 years, due to poor customer service on my last visit. On this visit I was actively ignored 3 times when trying to place my order after the cashier (Arturo, with a Manager name tag) was told by my co-worker that he was paying for whatever I was adding to the order. Then I was made to feel like it was my fault for being upset. I will never make the mistake of returning to this particular KFC.

Absolutely Worst customer service. Very Rude and cursing at customers. Full of attitude. A person in front of me was ordering some food and the nasty lady at the register interrupted him... "how much money you got?" WTF? Then he asked a price for something and the lady got annoyed and just started mumbling and cursing in some other language. They should be fired. I noticed very rude behavior with the customers every time I have been to this location. Avoid!!!

Was very poor customer service told us if we ordered anything it better be Togo an served some one food that had been sitting for an hour let alone closing early I repeat never eat here very rude staff they all need to be fired if some one asks for fresh food u make it not refuse to serve who ever Owns this KFC should be ashamed of them Selfs for hiring such crappy staff

To be honest the customer service sucks. One of the cashier a really skinny black lady had a bad attitude when taking my order. I would never buy food from a place that dont treat their customers right. The only reason I didnt told her off was because there was other customers on the line. KFC need to better pick their employees or they will lose a lot of business.

A warm and friendly welcome with fantastic customer service. Always great, tasty food served piping hot- just the way we like it. Would definitely recommend. We have been many times and it has consistently exceeded our expectations.
