I have a few favorites, but I have to say I have no dislikes. Everything is served by helpful, friendly and kind people. The atmosphere is warm and clean. A well taken care of store. You can tell the manager knows what managing is about because he runs"a tight ship," keeping everything moving in a timely manner. The food is delicious and served hot. The staff is always willing to help. I dine there weekly and have often seen the staff helping people who cant manage. I always recommend Boston Market, Essex St. Lodi, NJ to family, friends and strangers who are looking for a place that serves great food with kindness.

Food was decent, it was the service that was the issue. As everyone knows the cornbread is delicious. I walked up to the register to purchase some more. The only thing I asked was if they could heat it up in the oven a little more. The cashier looked confused and went to the back to ask the cook if they could do that for me. The cook came out with the most horrible attitude. He told me if he put it in the oven it would burn. That its stupid I could even suggest that. He through such a tantrum about heating one single piece of cornbread, that I just left and since have not returned. Thats just not how you treat people.

Friendly, professional staff. I placed an Easter Holiday meal order Saturday morning and picked it up in a couple of hours later. The manager let me substitute some items in the package and gave me a couple of extras, just because! I am very pleased with the service and food Ive ordered here.

@ Carlos before you bash a restaurant. Maybe if you do your research you would know that the mash potatoes with bacon was limited edition and discounted over 6 months ago! I personally LOVE this boston market and the food is always good and the staff is always nice

I get this place after work, around 8 30 pm and that time never get mass potato with bacon, and the other containers are almost empty, the employees are ok.
