Worst customer service, worst food and absolutely never ever going back to this location. I only gave it 1 star because I had to. The food is dry like 2 day old heat lamp chicken. The customer service is a JOKE the employees are a bunch of very unprofessional people. They get orders wrong because they have their music cranked and cant bear Wth you are saying, even after repeating yourself numerous times it is still wrong. I went to this location three times and all times were spread out to give it another try. After the third I said ever again. I went as far as contacting KFC on twitter and they took a report but wanted me to follow up with Regina LMAO yeah right. Read the reviews about her. I guess its the blind leading the blind. I didnt follow up with her because I realised they dont care and I can live without KFC

Food is very very dry. Like its been sitting under a heat lamp of hours. The service was horrible. I ordered a #1 and got it large to get the extra side of corn. When I got it tho it was regular and he tried telling me I switched out the potato wedges for the corn. I said no I didnt I got the large to get the extra side. I got the wedges but not before basically calling me a liar. I told him he must not of been paying attention cause I also said I wanted it for HERE not to go. Just wanted to share a meal with my son. Very horrible food and service.

Honestly what is wrong with this place? I drove up and all the employees were near the drive through smoking and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to serve me. The food, well you could say the food wasnt worth the wait. The chicken must have been sitting out all day because it was dry and tough like leather and the biscuits were dry and gross. Not to mention the short girl serving me had serious attitude. All in all pretty TERRIBLE. In the mood for good fried chicken? Go to chicken town in brick, youll thank me.

Not a complaint just an observation!!! We ask the guy if we could change one side in the family meal and he said thats not allowed on the special ( thats totally fine rules are rules) but when he brings us our meal he informs us they where out of extra crispy so he gave us original!!! Not that big of a deal but funny how switching a coleslaw for a Mac and cheese is out of the question but just changing our order because they have no extra crispy is no prob!!!!

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service and the GM Regina doesnt know how to treat customers.My food was disgusting and the meat was raw and other pieces were old and hard as a rock.Would never eat at this location ever again. The health dept should shut this place down.

Service quality changes with each visit. Some days, the service is excellent. Others, youll wait to be answered at the drive-thru with no one else waiting at the window. Really hit-or-miss.

Sides were pretty low quality, even for KFC. For my meal, one of the pieces of chicken was over sized and they other, significantly under sized. Service was fast and friendly, though.
