Really loved coming here because the crew is nice and the chicken is usually fresh but the manager with the broken English really came at me in an unprofessional tone. He seemed to be taking the issue personal. That diva has an attitude he knew exactly how to provoke us..he stayed calm but kept whispering things under his breath as he walked away and is an embarrassment to management. I have never been treated by management. The staff even realized he was in the wrong and cam out to ask if we needed anything. Im really dissapointed that happened because I used to feel comfortable there but I wont be stepping in there again. Thanks to the manager for ruining Popeyes experience !

Really poor attitude by staff. My order was incomplete so I came back to tell one of the employees and the told me that the order was right and denied to complete the order with a rude attitude. Worse customer service ever. Pay for an incomplete order.

I came here because I didnt feel like going to the Paterson location. The moral of the story is I should of gone to the Paterson location. My order was completely wrong I mean I asked for and didnt even get spicy chicken. What a waste!

Regular old Popeyes. Staff is courteous and friendly and very efficient with your order. Plenty of sitting space during off peak hours and the atmosphere is nice and casual.
