i had a simple list of food to get, and everything i wanted that seemed like trivial things or something that just belonged at a kfc, "is not carried by them." sweet and spicy wings, not carried by them, boneless wings in general are also not carried by them, the list continues to go on and by the end of my order...i realized i had gotten only one thing i originally had on the list! my father who sent me out to get the food was so upset he nearly kicked me out his house! he also found it a little ridiculous that kfc, the world famous chicken joint, doesnt even have boneless wings!!!

Went there today - drive through. Chicken was horrible (skin was great). It left the aftertaste comparable to old fryer oil. Gave me flat soda and not enough hot sauce. I also told them to give me a plate with my order - they never did so I had to eat my chicken on a paper bag (provided). Also no small soda size (they should have not charged me for a medium if i wanted a small. (Obsurd). Oh yeah, and as much as I DO like my fellow immigrants, they should not be allowed to take orders over the drive through speakers ( i dont speak spanish, people!)

This location is now a co-branded KFC / Taco Bell. Food is just like what you would expect at any other restaurant in the fast food chain. Service at this location, however, is disorganized and they lost my order once.

The staff needs more customer service training. The lady at the register seemed angry and did not want to be there. The place was dirty, no paper towels in the bathrooms and no napkins at the register.
