I was going to write a good review for this business, but they greatly disappointed myself and several of my co-workers. We started ordering from them a few weeks ago, and were happy with the food. The first time we orders though I went in and picked it up, and found out they deliver within 10 miles, with a min. order of $18. Well, this morning, they delivered our food and told us that OUR minimum order would now be $30 because were a WHOPPING 4 MILES AWAY! That is rediculous. Aside from the point that our orders have always been $20+, theyre really going to nit pick about 4 MILES? Well, there goes at least $20 a day for them that they didnt have 2 weeks ago. Good business call folks.

I thought i was the only one who felt that way but i guess not with the reviews posted online. This place is on the decline, sadly enough. You have these high school kids working with an i-dont-give-a-damn whether i get your order right or what your food tastes like. Customer service doesnt exist, courtesy runs in negative double digits and quality has gone down the drain. Wont go on an endless rant but even a whole wheat bagel is actually a plain bagel. Enough said. Management thinks the customer wont realise it, sorry but we get it. Actually you dont. Never going back again. I rather just cook breakfast myself or go some place else. A zero rating would be more appropriate for this place.

This place is really weird. They are an *amazing* bagel bakery, they do that really well. Then they also sell sliced meats, and they also do breakfast (eggs, sausages, pancakes etc), but on styrofoam plates and I dont think the eggs are free range either, so I feel guilty about eating breakfast there, which is too bad because there is not a lot of conventional brunch spots in Plainsboro. It would be awesome if they upgraded the tables and dishes a bit but kept the bakery just as good, but maybe they dont have enough room to do everything.

i usually get my bagels from here, with cream cheese!! quite a popular place and is usually crowded and is usually a line! the bagels are quite tasty and a lot of variety!! but one gripe though, their omelettes lack salt but otherwise they are quite tasty! their grilled cheese is to die for!! getting a grilled cheese with coffee and sitting down to eat and soak in the atmosphere is the best thing you can ask for on a morning!

Best place in the area but not as good as it used to be. More expensive then NYC. If you time it right you can get the bagels coming out of the oven! Used to love to get them this way but now either my tastes have changed or the taste of the bagel has changed and I prefer toasted. Great eggs/omelettes.Lines are long sometimes but it moves fast. I mostly do take out but you can always get a seat even if it is crowded.

small little store in the middle of shopping area. I used to go here when i am bored out of my mind in plainsboro and just sit and enjoy a really good toasty bagel. they are amazing in their breakfast sandwich. it is just an amazing experience to wake up in the morning or afternoon (lol) for a good fresh bagel warmed up and prepare it your way. if you ever in the neighborhood of plainsboro,nj you should try it out.

Besides the wait which I didnt even mind so much, I asked for two bagels with sausage and cheese, one with ketchup one without on everything bagels. Paying $11 for two bagels youd expect a well put together bagel. It immediately fell apart when I opened them one had ketchup everywhere, and both bagels were half plain half everything. Super salty on the patties as well. Not the best experience.

Good for breakfast but I would get butter or cream cheese on the side or your breakfast will be swimming in it. Service always quick. Only have one experience for lunch, which was not good. My friend said the ham tasted funky. Weve gotten breakfast here after chuch for years. So consistently fine breakfasts, bagels and coffee.

Festival of half wits. If you like...your hot food cold, your cold food warm, your order wrong every goddamned time, being charged for things that you didnt get, and charged different prices for the same thing on different days... THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU, because you are dumb, and you and they deserve each other

Best bagels around. Moved away to South Carolina and cant find anywhere near as good as Bagel Street Grill. Whenever I visit back I always make it point to go eat breakfast there. If you think that a bagel is just a bagel no matter where you are, think again. Seriously go try it and youll see what I mean.

I moved away from Plainsboro, and I STILL come back here whenever I can for bagels, coffee, and sandwiches. Those are my staples there, but Im sure everything on the menu is good. Plus, the customer service is great, and Kathy (one of the managers) is really sweet and helpful.

Fast breakfast in the morning, or lunch in the afternoon. Best bagels I have ever tried. Definite destination for outsiders . But plainsboro residents are well aware of its success. It is packed to the max in the morning with lines out the door but suprisingly it moves fast.

I cant even explain how much better this place is compared to all of its competitors (Bagel Hole West Windsor). First off, they have been featured on Food Network, this to me automatically validates the bagels they have. My favorite bagel is the cheddar jalapeno bagel.

This place has the best burgers and pancakes. We ordered a Veggie burger, a moon burger and pancakes with some curly fries. It was the best veggie burger I ever ate and they have the crispiest fries. All these for just 21 $. A must go for all food lovers.

Always crowded for a reason. Everything here is good, with some of the best breakfast food around. Lots of bagel options. We come here every weekend after practice and its always a great time.

I order the same thing each time and very rarely is the quality the same. Once its spot on and the next time I cant even finish my sandwich. I really hope they figure it out...

My favorite egg and Canadian bacon on Jalapeno bagel, best bagels in Plainsboro. They open early, it gets busy sometimes, but it is worth the wait

I have been taking my children here for the past 10 years and this place is phenomenal! For a "bagel shop", food and service is superb!
