Quality has drastically gone down. We had Vada Pav and Pani Puri. We noticed that he has used some sort of bottled chutney for the Vada Pav. The kind you would get at the adjacent Desi Corner. The chutney was fibrous and had a taste and smell of vinegar, which tells me that its preserved and not freshly made. The Pani Puri didnt have any filling at all. Also, the Puri was not crisp and didnt taste fresh either, smelt old and stale. Overall, a terrible experience. The place was good when they had started and now the quality has dropped precipitously. Also, the garbage bin is right next to the water spout. Who ever thought of doing that ? I will never again set my foot there ever again.

Happened to order dinner (take out) on the first day of its opening. The ambience was good and the place is spacious. Reg. the food - the kulchas, naan, and rotis were soft and tasted nice. The samosas were tasty, but the filling could have been a little coarser. The veg. koftas were well-cooked, while the matar paneer could have used a little less garlic (every mouthful encountered a couple of pieces) and the peas needed more cooking. All in all, I would surely give it a try again as I have dined at the other locations several times and have liked the experience.

New management sucks. Before, you could taste the sincerity in the food that was made, giving ample portions and tasty dishes. Now they cut corners in everything. All its about now is trying to make more money, and its so sad how obvious they are. The idlis are not properly cooked, the chutneys they give have gone bad, the upma is runny and not cooked, and the dosas are a disaster, the potato having gone bad, and the coffee tastes like sambar. Literally everything I used to go there for is gone. Dont come here.

Cake Walk in East Windsor - They dont know how to make a Paneer Kati Roll.. The paneer tikka kati roll had no good flavor. The just spread some tandoor tika paste inside and put in raw onions and lettuce it it. The onions should be sautéed with some masala and paneer should be marinated and grilled. Putting lettuce in a hot roll only makes it soggy.

Today went there for lunch, very disappointing. We ordered Dosa, it was tasteless and no salt. Sambhar was horrible, I think it is left over from yesterday, On top of it no Chutneys, reason was their chefs was very busy last night it seems. We had a great Aug 15th Independence day experience :-( :-( Very Very Disappointing.

We ordered a custom cake for our daughters first birthday party. For placing the order we had showed them the picture of the cake from our mobile phone, it was a 3 level/Flr cake and they did a pretty good job. Cake looked very good and was fresh and Yummy. Besides that I think they serve Indian chats also.

We went there for a light south indian diner. Nothing extra ordinary about this restaurant and its food. Since the last placed order of onion tomato uttapa didnt come on time we requested it to be "to go". When opened at home it was overdone and even burnt on the back side. Very disappointing.

Vada Sambar is excellent! The chaats have improved significantly and the aloo papri chat is fantastic. Try the Andhra Kaaram Dosa if you want something different... I just dont like the way they display their cupcakes, just looks bad - in any case, I would never buy one from these stores..

I have been to this place several times in the last 3 years and never once have I been disappointed. Its the best and most reasonable South Indian food one can get in the Princeton Plainsboro area. Recommended items are: Cheese Masala Dosa, Bombay Sandwich, Vada Pav, and Pav Bhaji.

Good chat items. Quick lunch order on weekdays. Quick take out dosai is also good. Would be good if they also give sambhar for a cost. Somedays, i like to make my own dosas and can just pickup the Sambhar. Dont like the fact that they dont give Sambhar for takeout orders.

Dont go here if you dont want to wait 1 hour for your food. The management here needs to take a business course and do some practice before unleashing on hungry customers. They give orders to people who came in 30 minutes after you, before they give it to you.

Good Vada Pav in Princeton... this coming from a Bombayite... need I say more... It is a simple deli kind of shop, but the VP is good, some of the other stuff (bhel, etc) is a bit of a let down... best of all it is very affordable...

Ordered a anniversary cake and it was a disaster. The icing on the cake was not set and despite keeping it in the fridge for hours it was a mess and was totally spoilt. Its clear they did not use fresh ingredients.

Papri chaat is great, as are the dosas and masala chai. But what keeps me coming back is the Chicken Tikka Wrap - its addictively unique, American-Indian fusion awesome - and it never disappoints.
