Worst experience ever. Despite several attempts and consideration that it is a new location and they need to get the kinks out, I have never been more dissatisfied with a Panera Bread. First strike - ordered online, picked up food, entire order was incorrect. The order was correct on the receipt stapled to the bag, however the contents were different. Second strike, ordered 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 soup, enjoying my soup until I discovered a long piece of plastic in it. Absolutely disgusting, no quality control, and not the level of service expected from Panera Bread. While I never again!

Ive ordered from this Panera location a handful of times - both for pickup and delivery. Each time has been a good experience in terms of food quality and service. Deliveries were made in the time frame(s) specified and the drivers were courteous, polite and professional. Its a shame that some people have had negative experiences at this location. Mine have been positive and Im happy that Plainsboro is expanding its eateries as other choices in the area are mostly unhealthy, bland or monotonous. Keep up the good work, Panera Plainsboro!

I am not sure what this is. I thought it was a normal Panera Bread...its a Panera Togo which is fine for people that want to order takeout and be fast. But the most EXTREMELY wasteful place I have ever been. No matter if youre eating at the actual Panera they will still give every customer a bag, plastic-wrapped plasticware, and paper cups and bowls. It was an absolute disgrace for the environment and the eating experience. I love Panera to sit and have a nice lunch with actual utensils and plates/bowls. This was horrible.

I cannot give Panera less than 1 star, so I am giving them 1. The food is acceptable quality however their service is below adequate. The online ordering service projected a delivery time of 7:09 pm latest, yet it is 7:38 pm and I am still without my food. It is unacceptable that my food is 30 minutes late and I am 100% sure that (if my food arrives) it will be cold. Dont order online unless you are willing to wait extra time and starve waiting for your order.

I guess Google is duplicating this Panera name since technically this is a Panera to You. Which means everything is takeout and they have a bunch of tablets at the entrance along with self serve drinks. This place is new and the staff is very accomodating. Could use more seats, but there are plenty of plugs and all the plugs have USB ports too.

Staff is very nice. The quality of the food is inconsistent. One day the oatmeal is perfect, the next day is looks like a bowel of soup. I was the only customer this morning, and still a long wait. Very different experience when compared to the Panera Bread near my home in Doylestown, PA which is always excellent

Brand new location with outdoor seating, an attentive staff, plenty of seating and a nicely done beverage area. Its very clean and a great place for lunch or a snack. The food is really fresh and this is a great spot if youre in the Plainsboro area.

I usually like panera, but this location got my order completely wrong twice in a month. What I paid for was different from what was on the ticket, maybe theres a bug in the system? At least dont leave the store without checking everything first.

I live next to the Plainsboro branch and I often stop by to get baguettes . Most of the times they give me hard baguettes while the baguettes I have tried with their soups in store are always nice and soft.
