This was one of the worst Panera Ive ever been to. The service was terrible. We ordered scouffle and caramel latte, while we got the scouffle right off the counter, we didnt get the latte even after a 15 minute wait. (I was told itll be served at the table.) Then I asked someone and they said its being made. No latte even after 10 more minutes. Then I walked up to the register to cancel my order and he was holding it there and said he was going to bring it to us. We took it, but it was not hot and had too much caramel. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I love Panera but I will not return to this particular location. I went for dinner and the soup and bread I ordered had finished without them telling me prior to the order, so I had to re-order with the cashier which just confused everyone because of course there were price changes. Poor communication among staff and the manager didnt seem to care. The place wasnt very clean as well. I will stick with the edison and woodbridge location, woodbridge being the best!

Panera food is pretty much the same everywhere you go: a step above fast food in both freshness/healthiness and price. This particular location has a fireplace that is nice in the winter. However, the wifi has gotten so slow over the past year that it is often nearly useless. Probably due to the high percentage of students who hang out for hours. Im giving it three stars mainly because of the wifi. Otherwise it would get 4 stars - for what it is.

Went today, ordered a turkey avocado BLT Panini and what I got was a cold sandwich. Never went into the panini press. Was I supposed to ask for that? I thought that was the definition of a panini - they are all toasted in the panini press. Unfortunately, I ordered the sandwich to go, so I didnt find out their mistake until I went back to my office. Signed, Disappointed in Piscataway

The morning and early afternoon crew here are quick and friendly and are what earn it an extra star. Its an easy place to go with your toddler and theres something on the menu for everyone. This location is clean. For a chain restaurant, their iced teas, salads, and variety of cream cheese spreads are pretty good. Well be back when were in the mood for breakfast or lunch.

Very busy during lunch, but they are very aware and so they make sure they have fast service. I really enjoy coming here because they have a variety of seating options; whether you enjoy to eat by a window, by a fireplace, in a booth or with your computer, there are many options to choose from. I especially like the friendly service and the new foods they often have.

Worst Panera! Dont eat here! They dont get your order right they make the food a sloppy mess. Go to another one. Management sucks. I left my soup was wrong, no chips, and my sandwich was soaking wet with pepper all over it and no cheese. You could tell it was made that way on purpose. I will not eat at this location again! Not for 12$ bucks..

Food is good. Maybe a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly, but man are they LOUD! I often go here to get out of the house in order to focus more on projects, studying and work but the staff is very loud with a lot of joking around and goofing off that its hard to concentrate sometimes.

Its a nice place to meet someone and have lunch because anytime i ever walked in here i was able to get a seat. The food is good i enjoy the mediterranean egg white sandwich and they have some interesting bagel flavors and most of them are good. The staff is ok standard fast food attitude

I usually love Panera/ St. Louis BreadCo...however, this particular location is run by a bunch of teenagers with a thick "ebonic accent". The customer service is lacking compared to other location and the portions are smaller as well.

Clean, friendly & attentive staff. The pricing is not an issue, as they provide quality, freshly prepared food for what you pay. The Orange and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Scones are out of this world!!! Keep up the great work Panera!!!

I love the store but what is up with the Stevia sugar. That stuff is disgusting. I could not enjoy my tea and ended up throwing it away. Why no Splenda or Equal? Not everyone likes Stevia. Ughhhh. Disappointing.

When 75%+ of your tables are taken by free internet users consuming at max a cub of coffee between 11:00 and 1:00p. you are not running your restaurant correctly. Disappointing. Is this a restaurant or internet cafe

Very nice food option for any meal! Breads and soups are very good. Broccoli cheddar is one of my favorite. Frontega chicken Paninis are awesome. Find the quantity is bit less compared to the price.
