Not fair! Poor! Why does "poor" have to mixed up with "fair?" I went in with my daughter. She ordered a sandwich. I ordered an unsweetened ice tea. She sat down with her food and I went to get my tea. There were 2 unsweetened containers (1 black and 1 Acai berry) and 2 sweetened. I pulled the spicket of the black iced tea and it was nearly empty. It was somewhat busy, about 4 PM on a Sunday. I looked and asked around for help. Several people said "Oh" when I approached them. None of them took responsibility for solving the problem. Over the next 10 minutes (while my daughter ate, alone) I approached at least 4 people and got various responses: "were out," "shell bring more out from the kitchen," "I dont know," "theres plenty left of the other teas," etc. One thing that puzzled me was that all it takes is some hot water and a few tea bags to make iced tea. I probably should have been rude enough to say "Im making the iced tea my way since you cant make it." But I didnt think of it. After 10 minutes of steady aggravation I went without a drink. Finally I gave up and said I wanted my money back. While the cashier was refunding my money onto the credit card, I said "what are you going to do to keep my good will for how much time ive wasted?" She said, "we dont do that here." So if they dont "do that," i.e., spend a few bucks as a token of their wish to keep me as their customer and treat me well and make me happy, they can do without my business. How shabby!

Food is very good, however Ive been there twice and the restaurant is not kept clean... Worse than that is the service... Its just bare bones and terrible. No sense of wanting the guest to leave happy....

The service here is pretty bad, unfortunately. The team appears disengaged and frequently have conflict amongst themselves and the lines are long. Food is decent and the salad bar is good.

This in no Panera although they tried hard. Food is average Expensive when compare with quality Cramp and over crowded .. Not sure why ppl come here Ordering system is inefficient
