I walked in today for the first time since I was in the are and notice that they had great samples at the door promoting what they had to offer, which I think is great. All the plates had plastic lids over them covering the pastries, which I think is a great idea! But, what I was not satisfied with was the service I received. Im not doing to point out exactly who the person, but you should NEVER treat a person very plain-spoken with an attitude that look like they didnt want to work or be there. I believe that if someone works in the food industry, they should always treat customers well with respect because customers puts money in the checks they receive, keep businesses going, and everyone is happy. Please, leave your problems outside of work, thanks !

I lived in the area Id be walking my cow and constantly making pit stops to La Bonbonniere Bake Shoppes so Id have an endless supply of milk to accompany their super rich cookies. Slight crunch on the outside while warm, soft, and gooey on the inside. Everything from the dough, the massive amount of chocolate and walnuts just work in perfect harmony. The double chocolate was almost like eating a fudge brownie and screams for milk but was still oh so good. The price is a little on the steep side but one bite of these cookies and you wont give a damn because youll be in a state of cookie nirvana.

This is a great local bakery! Some of my personal favorites are the strawberry rhubarb pie (seasonal), the black/white cookies, and the chocolate dipped jam cookies. Anything involving an apple filling is also a winner, provided you like apples as much as I do. One last great thing...they do Boars Head sandwiches if youre out doing errands and need a quick bite. The reviewers stating that the staff members are rude are delusional. I have been helped by the same people for several years, and everyone has always been friendly and quick with a "thank you".

Ive been getting my cakes from this bakery the last 20 years or so. Their brown derby is, by far, my favorite: full of fresh fruits, freshly whipped cream, and held together by just a little bit of chocolate cake. In fact, I love all of their whipped cream cakes. Their butter cream cakes are a little on the too-sweet side, but theyre not bad either. Cakes aside, their cookies are pretty good too. As a treat, I sometimes get their cream puffs. Their prices are a little on the high side but, considering their quality, I have no complaints.

Amazing sandwiches & pastries but the new teenagers they hired are very unprofessional ! The boy had no patience training an obvious new girl employee & it showed while she was asking him a transaction question . Its not letting me add another review so adding it on here . I just tried calling the number provided & the girl who answered said you wont be in until next week . If there is a better way to contact you or a better day to call please let me know.

La Boutonniere Bake Shoppes makes the best cookies ever! Theyre huge, chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Their chocolate chip walnut cookie is my favorite. Ive also tried the dark chocolate chocolate chip. Its a chocolate overload to me but I would recommend it to any chocolate lover. Ive also stopped by to grab breakfast and got a garlic flat bread which was crispy and flavorful.

I have ordered the cake pictured me and my wife for her birthday and OMG!! the cake is awesome. The quality of the picture on the cake is exactly same as the photo I gave them and the BEST part is they delivered in < than 3 hrs. I desperately needed a cake I bought from another bakery to be decorated and they happily obliged. The decorations were amazing, the service was fast (I was in and out in ten minutes) and the staff was professional, friendly, and phenomenal. They really care about every customer and order, and I know Ill definitely come back soon!

Went for the first time today. The desserts look beautiful but texture/quality is nothing to write home about. People behind the counter were young, looked bored, and had the personality of a paper bag. This place does the trick if youre craving sweets, but if you want to impress someone Id try somewhere else.

Since its Mardi Gras and they make Pauls King cakes, went by to pick one up. No can do. Only available for 4 days the end of February. Otherwise order from Paul in MS and pay a absurd shipping charge that is almost twice the cost of the item. Other items pricey. Sales person not very friendly or helpful.

Extremely pleasant staff and good variety. Prices are on the high side, but that is fine given the consistent quality of their items. If the inl-aws are coming over you go to the supermarket for baked goods. If your boss is coming over to discuss that promotion you might get, you go to La Bon

Absolutely love this bakery. Service,quality are excellent. But the one thing that has changed is their crumb buns the taste is great its just that their is hardly any cake. It does make,a difference....... You were my favorite place for crumb bums,I dont want to go anywhere else.

I had a special cake done from this bakery for my surprise baby shower. This cake was from out of this world. The taste, like nothing I ever tasted before! It was only a 1 tier cake, around $200 bucks, but honestly worth every penny! Thanks for doing such a wonderful job!

A great place to get pastries and baked goods. Superb service. Great variety. Too bad they do not have tables, espresso and free WiFi or they will have many customers from the nearby hotel and industrial park there. A lot better than the breakfast at the hotel.

Practically every birthday has had a Rt. 27, La Bonbonniere cake involved!! Cakes are delicious and not too sweet. Have had cheese danishes,eclairs, soft bread how I like it, sandwiches and coffee all very good. Congratulations on a well managed business!

They serve good bakery items but the customer service is not so good. I had to wait for the 4 or 5 young female staff stop gossiping about unimportant things b4 I was even acknowledged that I am standing waiting when I am the only customer.

I have been harassed by a worker here and it was not nice words, it was words which should have never been said, I was a frequent shopper here, but I wILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE at all especially with children.....horrible environement!

The staffs are friendly but the red velvet cupcake I had was stale. The crumb cake my husband had taste funny. He did not like it at all. The cakes from this place used to taste so good n fresh but not anymore. I am very disappointed.

I LOVE this place! We have been ordering cakes from here since I was 2 and now I am 24. Every birthday in our house is an excuse to get a cake from la Bonn! We especially love the derby cakes both white and brown! Yum!!
