Hyderabad was the city of Nizams best known for its culture, exquisite delicacies, and customer service. Unlike Hyderabad, dont let the name Paradise deceive you. The savor isnt that relishing. Sub-standard, second rate, deficient and unsatisfactory customer service. The offensively impolite and ill mannered maî·tre dhô·tel seriously need to undergo some good customer service training. Umrika ku aakey, paradise biryani bolke naam daallekey, biryani me khoob mirchi bhardiye to nai hota. Zara tameez, adab, lehaaz bhi karna customeron ka. Woh phone pe orderaan lekey, bill letey so waley ku toh zarri bhi tameez naam ki cheez ich nai hai. Uney Umrika me rehtey hue bhi, battar mehmaan nawaazi karra. Woh owner nicchey Mona Ajwani ku response diye so dekho. Takleef ke liye maafi chahtu, app phir se hamare paas aao, training measures letey ham logaan bolke bolrach nai. Review dere so waqt bhi ladra une. Kya bolna ab usku. Baingan.

First of all they spoiled my Valentine Day, and this is the worst ever Indian restaurant experience in USA. We went on Valentine Day at 8 PM. We ordered food with appetizers, and waited for almost 45 minutes. When I enquired with the guy who took our order for the reason for the delay, he reassured that it is on the way. Later I called another guy to enquire about our order, and he told me that they lost the order slip. That another guy tried to ask me to give me the order again, and I chose not to wait for another 45 minutes. They did not even bother to say a simple sorry for their mistake. Anyway I will never ever go to their restaurant. There are plenty of Indian Restaurant here in Irving, TX, so who cares about this restaurant who does not care to even serve food after the order.

I normally order take away. They told me 20 minutes and I was there after 20 minutes they made me wait another 20 minutes in the restaurant and obviously I questioned and told them this is not the first time twice it happen in past also, if you cant prepare the food in 20 minutes ( on Tuesday which is no rush day for restaurants ) then let your customers know about it in advance. The owner started arguing and he was very very RUDE .. Doesnt deserve to be in service industry. Then the owner offered me 10% discount ( which I didnt take ) arrogant people they believe the can coverup anything or everything with money !! Now about food had butter chicken in South Indian style plus I ordered 2 curry and the CHEATERS forgot to give complimentary rice ...

I visited this restaurant only once, I ordered my favorite and famous dish i.e non other than Hyderabadi chicken Biryani, The food was good, but come to the customer service it was awful, they served the Biryani in a plate which is too hot to handle it, it has no handle to hold it, I felt some what difficult to serve myself... the place looks dull, there is no proper roofing, the glasses were not clean, no proper receiving, no proper serving...and the dish is little expensive around $11.00 This is not Hyderabad right...they should maintain some standards accords to USA....Anyway it will be a good restaurant if it is improved... I would like to visit this again, but may be for carryout,,, anyway thankyou

The food was okay. During the buffet the items werent replenished regularly at all. You would have to wait a long time for some item and finally you would have to give up on it. The ambiance was non-existent, with too many tables stuffed into a small space. The lighting was poor too. But the worst was the service. I havent seen a worse service ever. Waiters dont switch plates as you go to get a new helping. You have to actually walk to a waiter (if you find one) and ask them to switch it! Same thing when you need water. And this was on a Sunday afternoon. Oh, and water in plastic cups! The place is cheap and it reeks of it. The entire experience was forgettable.

Paradise Biryani Point is a Indian restaurant. It is one of those restaurants that keep innovating its dishes. They offers many varieties of Biryanis with different flavors. This specific place lives up to the standard. Food and ambiance is up to the level you can expect. Their Biryanis are flavorful and spicy with big servings. For the food, we ordered Chicken Biryani, Paradise Fish Fry and Chicken Fry. The Chicken Biryani had a perfect tang and spiciness which is very likable. Paradise Fish fry was just okay. Service was good. Comfortable seating and well ventilated. Nonetheless, its worth the try.

The food taste and quality here is really good. Medium spice is very spicy even to people who eats a lot of spice, especially mutton biryani.the prices are moderate and reasonable. but the downsides are,i didnt find the atmosphere inside the restaurant classy, they have not put a lot of effort in the interior designing, the service is a bit late and clumsy. May be it depends on the crowd in the restaurant.Haleem was very dry and thick, but the taste was good. If you dont bother about the looks of the restaurant or kind of late service and all you want is delicious food then definitely go there.

We order take out from this place very frequently. We have some of our favorites which we stick to. The quality of the food is good and more importantly consistent. If you like the "Chicken 65" it will taste the same every time. Like most indian restaurants not everything on the menu is to everyones liking. So once you find the foods you like; the way its prepared by Paradise you will keep going back for it, but you may not like everything you eat.

Guys, For all those who are reading this review. I am person who always preferred to try different restaurants. I just have eaten biriyani, as I could not find any other Indian restaurant near by, To my surprise, It was one of the best biriyanis you get in edison, NJ area. I really liked it. I guess all the conoisseurs of good food would equally enjoy as much as I did. ~Sri

Friends dont get fooled with the name. There is absolutely no relationship between the famous hyderabadi biriyani from Paradise and the crap that is served at Paradise Biriyani Point. The biriyani served here tastes exactly the same as the one which was served at Spice inn. The onwer just changed the name to Paradise Biriyani Point to attract people. Please donot get trapped

Yes, You got it right!!!! I ordered for a Mutton Biryani. Along with the small mutton pieces got a big cockroach in it. If there was a provision for attaching a file, would have attached the lovely picture Taste may be decent. But in these times when one is hearing of new flus, better to stay away, unless you love cockroaches.

We have been buying Goat and Vegetable Biryani from this location for more than 2 years. Excellent quality Biryani. The biryani is not the same quality at other locations. Though we have a Paradise biryani that is 5 minutes away from where we live in Princeton,NJ we still prefer to drive to this location because of their quality.

Dissapointing food... better food at the Oak Tree Paradise (Check my review for that one). The Goat piece was TOOO HARD!! THE ONE AT OAK TREE MELTS IN THE MOUTH! Rice in the biryani tasted SAME! but the mutton was BAD!! I wonder how they give out their franchisees... This had better decor though.
