Very Poor service. We were a group of 5 people and ordered 5 Biryani and 5 Lassi. The waiter got all 5 Lassi holding in his hand at once. 2 of the Lassi was overflowing and he did not even bother to wipe them before placing it on the table. He kept the over flowing glass on the table there by spilling them. Then to make matter worse he just threw the paper wipes on the table for us to clean the mess our self. After a long wait we get the Biryani one by one with few minutes gap between them. Totally unacceptable. Finally to top it off all 5 had to share the raita and the chutney from the same bowl. They should have got them separately. All in all a horrible service experience. I am not going to this place again.

Dont do a pick from this restaurant. They are a big time CON. We ordered roti and naan but roti was missing from the order. We checked it in the packet the gave at restaurant and they said it a complete order and both roti and naan are together but unfortunately it was just naan. When we called them, they said you forgot for packet(hiding their mistake) even though we remember there was no other food packet. When I told my friend, they said same thing happened with them too. So will not recommend this restaurant as they dont have good service and guts to accept the mistake. And I m not the only one giving them 1 star, check out other reviews too.

Had one of their chicken dishes. It was Medium which I can eat safe anyday but their spice level was HIGH. A medium got my nose stuffed and eyes running... so keep it mild if you are a regular medium Other then that a decent place and the service was okay. Okay because the waiter never asked me what spice level I would like. I would have chosen Medium anyways but when one of the other guys saw me almost crying he checked and told me it was Medium

Horrible service, waited for 2 hours and didnt serve the biryani. End up cancelling the items and leave the place. More over the restaurant manager and waiter didnt even apologize for the delay and ALSO THEY CHARGED ME GRATUITY FOR EATING APPETIZERS. Arrogant people and their service. Dont even think about going to this restaurant otherwise you will end up coming back hungry and angry like me.

We love paradise biriyani brand but this guy has bad chicken biriyani ! Chicken is over cooked and we orders kofta for the kids and specifically said no spice and it was too spicy ! When I called and gave feedback he was arguing why its not a spicy dish.....we are Indian and eat Indian all the time. Worst paradise franchise !!

Not a professional restaurant. They dont care about customer. We had to eat for 1:30 minutes to get our food. They brought one item for every 15 to 30 minutes. I would say they had no idea how to run the restaurant. Never take your friends to the place you will loose the face. Food who cares.

Delicious and authentic Goat Biryani, chicken 65, paneer butter masala. Gajar ka halwa and Qubani ka meeta...you must try all. Lot of other selections but these are always awesome...
