Ramen is like a 1-star. First of all, it comes in a styrofoam cup. I was expecting at least a bowl. I was really confused because the reviews on Google Maps showed pictures of ramen bowls and plates that looked much better. I got the original tonkotsu, and there literally was only 1 piece of pork belly. The noodles were also two soft like they had been sitting in boiling water for a long time. This ramen tasted like instant noodles done bad. Also they used a seafood broth with fish cake/crab stick, which I didnt like. So I decided to give this place another try. I got the mango Bing-Soo. It was pretty good but the shaved ice was a little hard and crunchy (didnt melt in your mouth as fast). The scoops of green tea ice cream was a nice touch but then they add fruity pebbles to it which was kinda weird. Also the mango chunks werent as soft as I expected. Last thing, the Capiscola tasted just like Sprite + candy water. Overall, just get the Bing-Soo here. Its enough to share for 3 people, too.

I used to love eating at Edo, but lately I feel as though the quality of the fish along with the care that went into making the rolls have gone down. Recently, Ive had rolls that were falling apart, not correctly sized and just not fresh like it used to be. I dont know what happened...but Jun Kim needs to renovate something else besides the furniture - maybe get some new rolls on the menu or something cause its just not good anymore. Honestly people, if you want some real sushi head up to Midori in Highland Park, you will not be disappointed.

Quality has gone down the drain. We have been customers for a long time - waiter tried cheating us by "adding" a tip that cost more than our whole meal. When confronted he said you dont need to pay it if you dont want to. I dont get how they can try cheating a regular. I guess they dont understand business. Will not be going here anymore.

This place has great Asian food. they have a variety of Asian cuisine, and great combination deals. They have regular as well as specialty rolls. It can be pricey, but if you go during the lunch special, you can get deals. Also if you go from 4-7 Mon-Fri and pay in cash its half off.

Ive been going here for over ten years now and the food is always AMAZING! This is my #1 sushi spot in Central New Jersey. I usually go for the Bento Box which is large, affordable and incredibly delicious. The sushi chef is really cool too!

EDO is a great deal but the time to go is 4pm-8pm M-F. Thats when you get half price sushi. I have been there a half dozen times and never disappointed. Also remember its BYOB. Staff always friendly, fish always fresh.

This place is great. I take the drive from Newark to NB just to eat the food. Theyve recently moved into a new location and the re- vamp is pretty good. Their fat cup and double fat cup offer so many combinations
