horrible service. 3 weeks ago order 3 nachos with cheese- paid for 3 and got one. Sent my daughter in with the receipt and they told her they didnt want to open another bag of chips ( 3 pm) so they gave her one more and sent her out. Following week they shorted us an order of potatoes and an empanada. This week I ordered online- got to the store and clicked check in. Waited a minute and went in the store. Stood there for a while when the girl at the register asked if she could help. I said I was picking up and she went back and told them to start the order. I had already been waiting for 5 minutes! They explained they cant start until I tell them Im there or food would be cold. No- I order pizza and dont show up- I know Im getting cold food. And pizza doesnt make you pay in advance. Make my food when I pay for it

Horrible customer service. The guy ar the first window that took my money didnt even tell me a total or greeted me. He just extended his arm for the payment. The girl at the second window didnt greet me either just handed me my food and didnt ask if I need any sauce or anything. They didnt give me any utensils; which I needed for what I ordered. Super rude.

What happened to SIZE??? Taco B. used to LOAD UP on your barritos and tacos. NOW?? ITS ALL WRAP!! Where is the FILLING??? And it was only a BEAN BURRITO!?!? If I wanted to eat bread or pita wrap. I would have bought a bag of it for $3 and ate that instead! WHAT ARE YOU SAVING IT FOR???.

Food was ok, charged us for the wrong items, was nice enough to get the right items but never reimbursed us for the lesser priced items. No stocked well in utensils. No changing table for babies in womens bathroom. Overall, not one of the best weve been to.

Pretty standard Taco Bell. Only complaint is that the service can be quite slow; Ive waited in the drive thru for over half an hour before. And there werent an inordinate amount of cars, I just spent a lot of time waiting at the window for my food.

Very friendly customer service here. They actually call you by name when giving you an order. May be a little slow on food delivery, however, but I think they make up in friendliness.
