ordered an Italian hero... paid with my CC. was told with tax it would be a little over $8.00.... saw my bank statement today.... I was charged over $14.00. They got me once... I can never go back there again.... Too bad Ive been a loyal customer there since 1993.....

good food but there prices have gone up a bit. and the quality on other things besides the pizza down a little at least on the fried calamari that i used to order w/ the pizza. there service is above o. Average. perfect place to order out.

Our family goes to Franks somewhat regularly, either sit-down or take-out. We have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, the price is quite fair, the customer service is very good and its even BYOB!

First time at this location. Grabbed a Chicken Roll for lunch. Back at the office to eat it I found not one but two 3-4inch light colored hairs inside the roll. Man does that turn your stomach quick.
