Me gusta la comida,y todo muy bien Solo lo que la ultima vez que estuve ahí Las meseras apenas terminas y te retiran el plato de la mesa mientras mis acompañantes siguen comiendo eso se nos hizo de muy mala educación mi amiga termino y lo mismo la mesera biene y retira el plato mi marido seguia comiendo sus tacos y la chica esta le retiro las salsas que se supone se le ponen a los tacos fue ahi cuando le dije por favor nos dejas terminar de comer es super molestoso al menos para nosotros yo creo que tienen que esperar que uno termine por completó.

Disgusting and filthy. My friend ordered soup from this place and she got a straight up cup of BLOOD. They admitted it was blood at first, but then denied it when her mom called and said it was "pepper juice". Complete bullshit, I dont think peppers taste anything like salty disgusting blood. If I could leave no stars, I would. Dont go here unless you want to get violently ill.

Great little place - clean, comfortable, great food and the waitress even spoke English. I started with chips, salsa, and guac. - all excellent and fresh. I had the steak fajitas and was stuffed when I left. I have to say as someone this isnt from this area that this was a good place to go - it felt safe. This was a good find and I will be back next time Im in Newark.

Early dinner on a freezing Saturday night. Tiny spot (only 28 seats) but very cutely decorated. Tamale rojo was one of the best Ive ever had: creamy texture, good balance between the chicken and the masa, and the chicken was great. The chicken enchiladas were amazing; the green sauce was very fresh and bright. Be careful! Their refritos are addictive. Well be back.

I will start off by saying that I am not a fan of Mexican food. My wife is. The atmosphere at this little restaurant was very inviting and the food was actually quite good. We were simply passing through Kearny and will not be going there again, but I can definitely recommend a visit if you are in the mood for authentic Mexican food.

My favorite local restaurant! Cozy indoor seating area (about 6 tables), but I have never had a problem eating in when I go. Comfortable decor. Chips and salsa come with the meal. The food is excellent, I recommend the chicken and mushroom quesadilla. Large portions! $12 minimum for credit cards.

Great food, good portions, reasonable prices. Our family came here before attending a Thanksgiving meeting at The Salvation Army church. We agree that this is the best Mexican food weve had since moving to Jersey from Southern California 18 months ago. Mi Pueblito is on our list of places to eat!
