Really poor service, and a Soccer game playing too loud on the TV made the experience less enjoyable. The menu that was online did not match what they had. The menu they presented didnt give any description as to what you where getting on the plate and when I asked about it, it seemed that the server didnt understand why I would ask about what comes with the order when it isnt printed anywhere. SO, he explained that " every plate comes with Beans, rice, salad, avocado except for those that dont...." It was not what I was expecting, but I was hungry so I ordered and was lucky enough to get a plate that comes with beans, rice, and salad...but no avocado. I ordered an Iced Tea, which they tried to give me a Snapple, so I clarified I wanted ICED TEA which they said was un-sweet. That turned out to mean that they dont have any Sweetener other than sugar, which I have had happen rarely in 3rd world countries that dont have those type of things but couldnt believe it would happen in the US. To get a refill, I had to take it to the kitchen, which they then charged me for a second tea. It seemed that they keep the place clean but lights were out, so some people were eating in a dark corner and the table I was at was so unlevel, I had to keep pushing my plate away from me. The food was clean, the establishment was clean, and the food was average, so it got 2 stars.

La verdad yo fui ahí por recomendación... la comida está deliciosa pero el servicio es pesimo, una ves que te dan tus platillos nunca más te preguntan si necesitas algo. Además otra cosa que note es que solo te dan una servilleta mucha gente va con sus niños y solo una servilleta en serio.... Otros clientes tienen que levantar a tomar sus sodas del refrigerador porque nadie pregunta si quieres algo

The food its just okay . I had a bad experience coming here my second time. I ordered something and got somethig else, so when I told the waitress/owner (I dont Know who she was) I explained to her what I order and she kept arguing back saying I didnt order it. I know what I said , she couldve apologized and I wouldve just ate it because it was already at the table. Horrible customer service!

Simply outstanding, friendly mange mentioned, who. geninuety understand Customer Service. Was in Elizabeth for Tommys Hotdogs, who dont have a bathroom and the outstanding folks there, made us a superb Margarita and provided their very clean bathroom. Everyone in the restaurant enjoyed their meals and the ambience. Thank you for ur hospitality & kindness?

Food is very delicious. The place is super clean, staff are very friendly, and waiters are very attentive. Never had a bad experience here. No one ignored us or didnt seat us. They recommend great dishes if your having trouble with choosing your food. Highly recommend this location for a nice Mexican inspired meal.

You would never expect this place to have delicious food from how it looks on the outside. Good thing I googled Mexican restaurant or Id have never found this gemstone. I didnt give them 5 stars because of the few times Ive been here, I was hoping service got better but service has A LOT OF ROOM TO IMPROVE.

Really good Mexican food and its really cheap. Whenever I come to jersey to the mall I always stop here. Very nice and unique tables and design. The service its okay not great but the food is the show stopper. I got the steak enchiladas and my boyfriend had the barbacoa tacos, they were both delicious

I just walked in with 3 kids and my wife and had no service. We just stood there while everyone looks at us. No waiter/waitress even bothered to seat us or anything. So we walked out after 5 minutes of standing there with a car seat in one hand and toddler sleeping in my shoulder.

The food here is authentic Mexican. The decor of the place is very pretty, artwork on all of the tables and chairs. The service is timely, and the prices are affordable. Great spot to make any day Cinco de Mayo.

I only had chorizo and barbacoa tacos and a side of guac but everything was very tasty. The place was crowded so I imagine the rest of their food is amazing too. Will definitely visit again.
