Id never been to this restaurant but decided to try something different and support the businesses next to where I work. So I submit my order online and receive a confirmation that my order should be ready by 2:00 p.m. I get to the store and advise the cashier that Im picking up an online order, and she asked me if I was someone else (That was my first hint that this was going to be hellish). I checked in with my name. She tells me my order should be ready in a minute, okay fine. In the time it took for me to realize my order was not prepared, the long line of patrons in the store had dwindled, so I go to the cashier and ask her how long my order was supposed to take. She doesnt look at me, she didnt even acknowledge that I was speaking to her and she proceeds to ring up the next customer. As if that wasnt infuriating enough, some other employee asks me for my name and I show her my confirmation of my order, which she then proceeds to put together! I wouldnt have been as pissed if someone had just admitted that they didnt make my order, but to ignore me as Im standing there waiting for food that I already paid for that I didnt receive is disgusting and so unprofessional. I will never make the mistake of going to this store again. And Im contacting the Corporate Office as well. Finally, I ate my food and realized, I should never cheat on Chipotle, so thank you Qdoba for the many lessons learned from this terrible experience.

The food was really disgusting here. I went back to get my money, she offered to go back in do it all over again. I told her I just wanted my $7.80 back so I can just go somewhere else and eat and she offered a free entree card. I dont like the policy, you guys need to change it if I want my money back because I expect good tasting food and you dont provide it, you should not be trying to compromise with me on giving me my money back. Your crew made the food and therefor you need to pay the customer back what they have spent. Horrible!!!! THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE RIGHT

This location in particular is definitely one of the nicer ones that Ive been to. This probably stems from the fact that its still new but also every time Ive come here, the employees have be extraordinarily nice. Not to make unfounded generalizations but typically treatment of customers in fast food establishments is not the best so it stands out when you get great service. Its also really really clean!

This is absolutely the worst Qdoba Ive visited. Staff seem to be unorganized and untrained. They slung food around with no regard to presentation, the wait was insane for 3 crappy tacos. One of the young women was clearly frustrated and switched line positions with another and in the end still screwed up the order. Never coming back and have informed colleagues to not patron this establishment.

Just left this place with my mom. The two women that are there werent very friendly. Especially the older one; she was very impatient with my mom, complaining about having a fever and that she here taking care of "all these people". We felt very uncomfortable and took our food to go. The first time we went there, it was guy and he was awesome! The food is great but some of the staff sucks.

I always loved Qdoba but as another customer said, during off-peak hours, this location is terrible. All of the tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, and behind the counters were so dirty that I contemplated not even ordering. Id give this place another shot because they did appear to be understaffed and the staff was friendly. The food was good as always.

if you come to this qdoba during off hours its a nightmare. the staff is slow and unenthused. Ive been here a few times and Ive had such polarizing experiences. some of the nicest people work here and some of the most apathetic people work here. if I didnt live around the corner, I probably wouldnt come here. but the food is good.

Maybe I came here on a bad day or something but first they didnt have black beans but they will be ready in 15mins then they didnt have rice too because as the counter lady said we screwed up making it and this all during the lunch hour.Which in a well run store should be working like a well oiled machine but this one didnt

Love the food, definitely much better than Chipotle! And also much more options. Its a nice and clean place and moreover it has WiFi. Although the service is extremely slow, specially from 12 to 2 you might actually have to stay in line for about half an hour while there are only 2 or 3 people taking care of the customers.

I love Qdoba! There never really a wait unless you stop by during lunch on a week day. The businesses fill up the place. However, evening hours or the weekends are the best times. The folks who work there are always friendly and helpful. Also they dont skimp on portions which is great!

I enjoy their food but one of the female staff is a bit short tempered if you dont order the food just right. You are allowed to choose what type of tortilla you want for tacos even if youre ordering from the set menu. Other than that its good food and fresh.

The greatest ever had best I will ever eat and Im going to leave here and eat all the food everyday and the manager Aretha gave the best service ever. She was so professional ,pleasant and excellent service and thats why Im going to keep coming back !!!!

Nice taste, super friendly staff. Interesting blend of quick Mexican food with a build your own subway style. Good seating area for large groups. Limited menu of tacos, burritos, and bowls, but many options and choices for building your own.

The food was great. Fresh and the flavors were awesome. The gentleman making my order was funny and helpful (was my first time) and the cashier was sweet and suggested a delicious flavor combo for my drink. I will definitely be back

This place is delicious! Days I cheat vegan and eat dairy cheese. Perfect lunch or dinner. Easy to find location- I usually make it a trip and go to the whole foods at the corner. The Staff is friendly if youre friendly.
