Exceptionally fresh, made-right-there, Mexican food. Everything is tasty. My favorite is the Chilango burrito, but I dont like heat and ask them NOT to put in pico de gallo, because I find theirs too spicy. I have them substitute tomatoes. I get shrimp in mine (you choose your meat). Never had them do it incorrectly. The burrito is a good size, too. Ive had the fish there and its excellent - grilled (theres no deep frying). Again, generous portion. The papas (homemade potato chips) are to die for. Ive had many "homemade" potato chips that were too thick, too greasy, etc. These are perfection! They provide several sauces to dip -- all a bit "heaty" but if you like heat, youll enjoy their selection. Not a lot of seating and all of it is counter seating with stools - no tables. If youre there during a slow time its o.k. to eat in. During peak times you likely wont find a seat. After going there many times I prefer to order by phone and pick up. In summer the A/C is inadequate. Parking is scant. Just a few spaces behind the building. Technically no parking out front, but people do. If I run in to pick up I park in front, but wouldnt chance it to eat in. A LOT of cops eat lunch there!

So let me start by saying that I love this place and what theyve built as a brand. Im in the food/restaurant business and I went in to the Bloomfield location on 7/9/17 at 9:30pm and there were two girls working the front arguing. The one girl was complaining about being there longer that day and that the other girl doesnt ever help her. She the proceeds to take my order with a horrible unprofessional attitude. Taking out her frustration on a customer is the worst thing an employee can do. She has a sour puss face like she doesnt want to be there. By far one of the most unprofessional displays Ive ever seen. Every other time Ive been there Ive been greeted and treated with respect. I have 5stars for the food. As for that one girl she should be working at DMV with that attitude. She spoke to me like I was an idiot because I ordered pork chops and they didnt have it. Then I ordered chicken and they didnt have it. Both were on the menu. And she tells me that this location doesnt do those items its the other locations. Then why have it on the menu????

Amazing steak quesadillas. The perfect combination of steak and creamy cheese with the red onion to be a sweet accent in a otherwise fulfilling savory treat. The Mexican Tacos with chorizo were a nice kick to pick up the tastebuds for the anticipated next bite. Spiciness accompanied with a velvetlly avocado coating of relaxation on the tongue to bring it all back around for your next bite of whatever taco choose u have left. This place need to increase their location if the the business continues to grow. I have faith if not because of the time in the store front seeing the amount of people come-thru. FOODIESS ASSEMBLE!!!!!

I called for a delivery order. She charged my cc and an hour later I called to see the status of my delivery. I was told it was on the way. 20 minutes later I called back and they couldnt find my order. She stated that someone called her to cancel my order. No one ever did such a thing. Instead of apologizing and fixing their error, she wanted to charge me again for the same order and wait another 40 minutes to deliver it. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic tacos, and they recently expanded and refined their menu quite a bit. The food is great, the location is small (probably want to stick to take out), and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that they are usually really busy and Ive had a number of orders get messed up. They were still delicious but not what we ordered on at least three occasions.

Food was very good, but that little queen working the cashier and taking orders has a major attitude; keeps correcting left and right how people pronounce Mexican food and thinks its cool throwing around tortillas wrapped in aluminum foil. Of course I didnt leave a peso for tip and will probably not go back unless somebody else is working the orders/cashier.

They cook good but when I went there I saw the lady giving me 3 different sauces in a bowl and when I finish it she came get it and put a little more for the next customer thats disgusting...You dont know what we can do with that to allow another customer the same sauce that other one used already. Also the tacos dont have enough meet.

Food is good, rating is based on customer service. Messed up my order twice. First gave my food away to another customer, then gave me an incomplete order, and finished off without an apology and they young girl who took my order had an attitude when I complained about them messing up the order.

We like the food but we had a very disappointing experience when ordering by the phone. We were supposed to pick up the order in 20 min when we showed up they said the order wasnt ready then they found it. The Nachos were already soft. Please. Dont go on busy hours they cant handle it.

20 Tacos for 20 dollars is AWESOME. the Pastor tacos and barbacoa are my favorite. it comes with all the fixins on the side. the staff can use a little bit of ... Smile Therapy but i figure they sell so much that they dont care. The Taco Salad is decent as well.

The most horrendous taco place in existance, the tacos do not come close to what an authentic taco is supposed to be. The clerk is In a hideous mood and I had such an unpleasant time seeing her being rude to other customers. I will never come here again.

I lovee this place ! Great food - wish there was more places to sit . Also when they give you the bowl with sauces they do not replace it with new sauces so you get what other people have used which is not sanitary - But rather than that the food is amazing

Would give them 3 but they are inconsistent! Called once and the lady on the phone was rude and actually hung up the phone after she messed up my order! Called today and they ran out of steak, fish and guacamole! WTF

Ive always loved the pollo burrito bowl from this place but when I ordered it today with extra guacamole, I got 4 slices of avocado in the bowl instead of guacamole. Love their food but I was disappointed with that.

Authentic but also modern and no problem for English only speakers. The al pastor is the best because its roasting fresh. Small, good character, and fun to sit at the counter and look out the window while you eat.
