As far as Chipotles go... this is a decent one. The parking situation kind of sucks depending on what time of day you go (I like to go after work hours and its usually not too bad) and the people working here are friendly. Last time I went I managed to get double meat for the price of one AND didnt get charged for guac so that made me happy. Otherwise I dont have any complaints except the meats could be a bit hotter. The 10 mins it took to drive back home it was almost cold.

Everyone knows Chipotle has awesome food, and there isnt anything like it in Newark. Great location as well (just around the corner from Prudential Center) but just okay staff (some of the servers are amazing and a select few are incomprehensibly rude). Overall its a pretty big space and kept very clean as well. I did get sick from the food one time, but Ive been here plenty and havent had problems so weigh the risk for yourself lol.

This place has been open since July 19, 2014. Im very excited to go tonight and have dinner. Since becoming vegan five years ago I became a big chipotle fan and have gone very far out of my way to eat this great food. Since I work at Rutgers Newark I dont have to do that any more. Ill post again once I have been there, until then five stars for having a Newark location. Im not going to Penn Station for Moes anymore.

So i went to This chipotle yesterday March 2 and i was told it was not that great but i loved it i really did The food was freshly cooked and the amount was just right and the service was really gud The cashier was The funniest person Ive ever met and he was cute The now my fav chipotle and he treated me very well and the girl who served my food she was very chill and made sure I had everything I need.

My favorite eatery spot in Newark, NJ!! I love the service and how the people greet you with a beautiful smile, ready to take your order. Whenever Im in the area I always come to this spot also because of their cleanliness. Sometimes theres a line but they move UBER fast and that just tells me that this is the perfect location to come to get a delicious Rice Bowl or Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla!

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the service and location. Came in last night from work and store was clean, fast service, very engaging workers. Food was great and Im definitely coming back again, especially since they gave me a bogo for the next time I come back. Chipotle Newark did a great job and just wanted to extend my compliments!

Staff is rude & racist. I ordered a veggie bowl & got rice & bean half spoon each in my bowl. When I requested to put more beans, I have been charged extra. Also, there was no guacamole. I requested to substitute it with something else. But they again didnt consider my request.

Great location for events at the Prudential Center. Very convenient for a quick meal and pretty cheap. The staff is very efficient and fast. There isnt a ton of seating, so it can get crowded before big events. The door also creates a draft in the winter, so sit further in.

I love Chipotle. This location is awesome. You get exactly what you ask for. I always get the same thing no matter where I go. Veggie bowl with no rice, tons of veggies, cheese, sour cream & guacamole. They make it perfect every time.

Chipotle on 222 Market St. in Newark, NJ is just sorry....my food was prepared very cold. I had got a bowl which they only give me barely a half of spoon of rice and beans. I will never patronize here again. Only in the hood

The food didnt take like other Chipotle it was very salty and the rice didnt have the lemon taste it usually has to it and service was ok I had to wait more than 10 mins on the line and there was only 4 people in the line.
