The food is very good. The seating and layout could be definitely better. I think they are set up for India but doing business in Dollars(USA). After all these years nothing has changed including the reception by most staff(Cold). One thing is the biggest problem and they easily solve that. When you eat South Indian dishes, you almost always have to get more SAMBAR and probably CHUTNEY. But the system they have is almost is like you have to beg for it. This is specially critical when it is busy(Weekends). There will be line and you have to walk up to counter and ask for more Sambar, meantime your food is getting cold. They make enough money so waht they need to do is make Sambar available like self-service or hire one person to serve extra Sambar when needed. I think this will go long way and believe me I dont think people like to come in say to themselves "I want to waist their food today". Little bit of good service goes long way. Bottom line is that they need to improve Public Realtion and Service. Let me repeat, the food is good, service is not.

Oh! So good! Always hits the spot, food is always delicious. They recently upgraded to a computer! The Square app accepts credit cards with chips also. Anyway, you come here for the food because the decor is awful. Idli is fluffy, vada is also fluffy, sambar has the right level of spice. Mysore dosa is my absolute favorite but Rava is also good, plain is great as well. Coconut chutney is delicious. I have never had a bad experience or food that wasnt delicious. We end up ordering more every time.

Food is good. They give very limited sides (chutney, raita etc) which is not really enough for the main item. most of the time fresh food. On the other side, its really inexpensive and affordable. The people who take order or server are dead serious. They are like concretized faces who cant smile if they want it. I go there very often and make sure to observe if they ever smile, but since 1 yr, never seen anyone smile.

Very disappointing place unless you are real thrift about your food. Dont expect any customer service or support. You can see their unhygienic kitchen right in front of you. I am not sure if owner pays the lady enough to behave properly with customers. I have visited few times just for the taste of food but i felt like beggar to her more then customer.

everything the food is good but for the take out they charge extra dollars for sambhar(dal) and Chutney. They should not.. because when you dine in there is no charge for extra sambhar and chutney. even if they charge still they should charge less like 50 cent for both...

Filthy, dingy and cheap. Customer service is non-existent. Cant stand the lady behind the counter. Food is pretty okay. What you see is what you get. Oh and make sure you have cash because these people wouldnt hesitate to charge you extra. Wont be going back again.

Food is good, but the lady behind counter (cash register) need lessons to smile & talk. Staff better understand that they are not in India anymore & presently managing a biz in USA. Customer expects them to smile & speak in professional way.

Worst service I ever had. They said they are open by 11am, even at 11:45am they are still cleaning their dosa pans. Even the man in the counter is so arrogant to their customers that we just wanna walk out from this store immediately.

Its good in taste but, horrible customer service in NJ. I think owner trying to cover more business without hiring new employee. I waited for 45 minutes for order. When I complained to owner, I did not seen any shame on his face.

decent food but dont expect service, they dont even speak proper english, one time they started making my food after 30 minutes because cook left in between working hours and they didnt even inform me that food will be delayed.

Horrible !!! Customer service is too bad...overcharge me..no order slip..I ordered rava dosa $5.75..got regular dosa($4.25)..no refund nothing.Their fat and short lady very bad attitude and a big cheater!!!!
