Its 21 degrees out and I order a venti caramel macchiato which you have to pay in advance for. Girl never asked hot or iced but I figure she realizes its FREEZING out. Shes making the espresso...blah blah blah.... hands me an iced!!! Really??!! In what universe would you drink iced in 21 degree weather? I ask what is this and she goes into the back, never to return. Almost $6.00 and I do not feel like making a scene. Ugh. Not worth going there.

The cleanliness around the area for your sugar, creamers, honey varies. "Blond" isn"t available because of the ltd location ...I like to meet there w/clients or other associates & it doesnt lend itself to that.
