I was extremely disappointed, my boyfriend and I are from Pennsylvania and frequently go to our Starbucks out there. We were on our way home from New York and just wanted a quick drink. We came off of the highway because there was a sign saying a Starbucks was right there, it wasnt. It was two and a half miles into town. It was fairly busy inside, as expected. After placing our order a group of young girls came in, half of them got their drink before I did, even though I ordered something extremely similar, as did my boyfriend. Every body else including customers after that group had received their drinks before he did though, when approaching the cashier about the missing drink the employees stared at each other when one admitted she put it on the back counter because she thought thats where one person told her to, we were handed the drink that had been sitting for 10-15 minutes and left with no apologies from any employee and hadnt tasted our drinks because we were in a hurry. Not as if anyone in the store cared. When returning to the car it appears both of the drinks are terrible and I cannot drink mine it is so much syrup. There is no time to go back. So it was just a waste of time and money really.

Excellent service. I ordered a complicated mini frappucino here and as I was waiting, the barista on bar was making drinks while talking on the store phone and I heard him say that someone had just quit and walked out after being 2 hours late. The only two baristas on the floor got through the line behind me in less than 10 minutes, AND got my complicated order 100% right in a timely fashion. Im incredibly impressed especially because I am also a barista. Would rate 10 million stars if I could. Thank you!!!

Its a small Starbucks with a nice staff. Often has a pretty long wait in the mornings though so I order from the app so I can skip the line.
