Came here for dinner and I was disappointed. The service wasnt all that great and the food was the same. Our server was a bit slow when it came to taking our orders and how she was charging us. When I ordered my food, I ordered two sides but she only brought out one. I figured my other side was still being prepared or something. Towards the end of my meal, I asked her about it and she thought I cancelled the other side when I requested one of my side items to be changed. I wasnt sure how she got that mixed up....because I want my sides if Im supposed to get 2 sides. So I just told her to put my other side in a to-go plate and she was like okay. When she came back to the table, this woman charged me an additional four dollars for a side that she failed to serve to me that I ordered to go. My partner tried to explain the issue to her, but she got defensive and gave my partner an attitude. She was being snappy and walked away before my partner was done talking. She didnt bother putting the check in my partners hand when they held their hand out for it... She just put it directly on the table as if she didnt want to touch my partner. Anyways...the service there was poo in general. The food was okay...I wouldnt order it again but whatever. This place has some good reviews so I wouldnt outright avoid this place. I think my partner and I just came at a bad time (sucky server) as well as ordered the wrong food.

The only place in all of Jersey that doesnt accept vertical IDs. Multiple times ive gone into this place not even expecting service and Ive been selected out, IDd and then kicked out because of the lack of a horizontal ID. Im now 23 with a valid NJ ID, this place goes out of its way to deny service. I can only imagine the loss of income because of its practices. Its sad because this place has lost at least a grand of profit from me alone over the years(I live very close). Do yourself the favor and just go elsewhere with your buddies. Sheridans over on 631 Limecrest Rd, Newton, NJ 07860 not only serves me each and every time but offers not only affordable drinks but a much more enjoyable environment. Sheridans has not only a dart board but also a pool table and several arcade games with a much larger bar and younger more experienced bartenders. Take the extra 10 minutes out of your life and just drive to Sheridans, youll thank me later. The owner is a really good guy who deserves the business a lot more than this place.

Walked in 7:30 pm on a Monday. Nobody greeted us to find a table. We sat ourselves on the outdoor patio. 5 min and nothing, so I go in to ask for menus. Only person working is at bar. He was too busy running around filling drink orders for the other dozen customers in the place. Finally an actual customer "gave" me two menus. We decide what we want and of course nobody has come out yet to serve us. I go back in to order from bar...10 more people have walked in and bar guy is still ignoring me. 20 min in we decide to leave. Its a real shame...they have great wings here.

We went to the outside seafood bar. The oysters were delicious and all the seafood was incredibly fresh and reasonably priced. Had a fabulous Bloody Mary. Its a bit on the small side, so I would recommend going at the less crowded times.

I had Nile perch, you dont know what Nile perch is? DELICIOUS AND Awesome!!! Good food fun atmosphere. Really good small local place to go to if you want company of people and a delicious menus.

Love the food, atmosphere, beer selection, awesome staff, and outdoor seating plus they have darts and decent seating at the bar. Definitely worth a trip!
