Unfortunately, this location had been struggling over the past few years. The wait time for your drink is often longer than it should be, slower than other locations. Cleanliness seems to be a challenge fir the staff. This can definitely be off putting. Ive been frequenting this spot for almost 8 years and it keeps getting worse. Since they have a captive audience I dont think they care enough to make it better.

As a Starbucks loyalist...I have to say I only go here when I am absolutely desperate for a cold brew. Ive given them numerous visits...but their service makes a tortoise look fast. Drives me INSANE how slow the service is...there is always a wait and staff doing other tasks (loading pastries, wiping counters) rather than making drinks. Super glad Dunkin is across the street. Cmon Chester Starbucks...get a move on!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks (although I have high hopes for Hackettstown)! Everyone is super friendly, they make their drinks with care and its always very clean and welcoming! Love it!

I mean whats there to say? Its a Starbucks. Coffee is good, food is good. Environment is great. Wifi is kinda slow but other than that this is a great coffee shop.
