Im completely flawed by the type of customer service I just received! Ive constantly ordered from this place and they screwed up on an order as I asked for a toasted blueberry bagel w/ strawberry cream cheese & they sent me a non-toasted blueberry bagel w/ regular cream cheese. After phoning this establishment & finally being able to speak with someone to have this simple matter adjusted, the guy on the phone was completely rude & blamed me for communicating the order incorrectly. He spent 5-10 mins asking me to play him a recording of our conversation instead of fixing the issue. How is this allowed? I wont be going back to this place for a loooooonnnnng time!!!!!

This place is like the spot to eat amazing bagels. Like its really good i wonder if its really a bagel or something else. Its so good but the price for a "bagel" should be a bit less but im sure they dont make bagels lol

Drove by for lunch. Tried bagel with pastrami which came out the way I wanted. Very friendly staffs and the store was very clean. I cant wait to go to another MB nearby my place.

The only thing "Manhattan" about this place is the prices. The inside looks a Panera, and the bagels are a disappointment.
