Very bad customer service experience from store general manager name Dawn Atlantic City Store New Jersey.Treated me with very bad customer service,over a biscuit I purchase look like it was bit into. I called when got home saw it rite away.I was told by someone over phone no problem come back get free $5 meal & extra biscuit. I went back to retrieve my meal.Dawn general manager waited on me.She said very mean nasty.Well way. Oh I dont believe that what you telling me. I can see if you said it look like it was broken or something but bit into.I said wow just cause not telling you when you want me tell you how it was now you trying to belittle me. She said you just want a free meal & you be back again saying something like this for another free meal. I said omg Ms. this how you handle things as a head manager. Will call corporate office which I did.

I wanted to tell Management how much I appreciated the service I received on Labor Day from the crew in Atlantic City, N.J. My office called with a large order and when I got there, they were in the process of filling it. They made sure to go over my order with me so we confirmed that everything was there and nothing was left out and then, a nice young man offered to carry it to my car for me. I was in and out in no time. I was going to take the survey so their Manager would know how much I appreciated their service, but someone threw away the receipt, so I couldnt appreciate them that way. This is all I can do for now and I hope the right people see this. So, thanks for your help and your swift and efficient service getting me back to work in short time. Kathy Damore

Jumbled_ Thoughts
The food was minimal, almost nothing compared to other places. The worst part that ruined the whole experience was the people. The teenage workers made me not enjoy my meal. The cashier was not even paying attention to me talking. Then when I didnt get something on my order I asked nicly what happend. Rudly I was told I never ordered it, oh but I did, the lady wasnt paying attention when I told her. Then when my mom went to ask for a fork they with much attitude said there was none. I hated it they set a terrible example of what Atlantic City is.

Ordered chicken bucket of 16 pieces. We really came here because we needed fast food n mcD was closed. As expected(experienced the same in another kfc), very bad taste of chicken and the potato wedges. Very stale, had to wash off the bad taste with Coke. Yuck!!! This deserves a negative star, but the server lady was good to talk to and gave us all of the plates when asked.

The general manager was rude and cant hear good the cashiers are untrained and dont know how to do their job and the manager messed up my food and then had the nerve to say she didnt I dont eat beef so I asked for chicken and no sour cream and I ended up with beef and sour cream and she had the nerve to be mad when I said something about the food I paid for

Very crowded, but also have to consider that is in a very busy area, for that matter as worth all places with this kind of flow the service can not be the best, never the less the staff works hard to give you good and fast service, good fast food, just to crowded for my personal opinion.

Chicken set under heat lamps way top long, Cole slaw was dry, drive thru guy was unprofessional and displayed behavior unbecoming of good customer service skills. Very disappointed.

Went here for Taco bell, as its both KFC and TB together, they gave me meat Crunch rap its of Vegetarian, in spite of mentioning many times that make sure its Vegetarian
