THE DRIVE THRU LINE WAS SO LONG THAT I CAME INSIDE AND STILL HAD TO WAIT 34 minutes for my food 15 minutes just for the cashier to take my order everyone that came in behind me left because of the wait its like they care more about the drive thru customers then walk in customers I wish I left behind the ones that left when I ask for the managers name she came very unprofessional I told her I was writing a review she said she "didnt care about no review" there was only 3 workers in the entire restaurant I would never go back there and I will make sure to tell everyone that workers are getting slaved and the manager Koti is very unprofessional and ignorant. The owner needs to do a lot of changes with their workers theyre losing a lot of money and dont have a clue once again people save your time and dont waste your time coming to this restaurant I wish I can rate it less than a star

I needed chicken in a hurry for a birthday party, and all of the spots I normally get chicken from said I waited too late and I tried to order chicken for two days. I decided to go to Popeyes in Willingboro, NJ and brought 40 pieces of chicken. The woman said I had to wait about 15 minutes, but the cook said chicken was coming out in a few minutes. I was so happy to have fresh and hot chicken at the last minutes. I am so grateful for Popeyes, not to mention how good their chicken is. Thank you Popeyes!

Waited to long for my order to be taken.. I heard more about what was going on, on the crews Facebook, than greeting the guests. Without even saying hello. Received the wrong sides. And watched the mangers hide in the back, pretending to be busy, rather than, just speak with me. Never going back! Im not the only person in Willingboro to say this. Just the only one to say it, online.

I went through the drive thru, it was only a few minutes wait to be asked what I wanted. Seemed a lot of people didnt feel like cooking tonight, so it felt like a long wait when it really wasnt. Other than that, this popeyes was fine.

This place needs to get it together. The service sucks. The drive thru sucks. They always get the order wrong and if your the only one on line there is still a wait. I dont understand how they still in business.

Got two of the 3 piece meal deal. Chicken was fresh, hot and delicious- seasoned perfectly, not salty. The cashier was very courteous and the service was fast. I love the mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy!

Service was slow and no regular chicken was up. Manager walked in with Dunkin Donuts coffee and was slow in dropping new regular chicken. This was 11am. Unacceptable.
