7/1/2016. I hadnt been there in many years, since it was "Cluck U Chicken", I rode past earlier today and figured Id giv new shot. Went in round 9:15pm...wasnt sure of menu selections , seemed a bit confusing on deals and dinners. I asked for assistance...younger guy working register and counter was quite short in response and had quite the attitude like I owed him something. We made selections....ordered. prep time qas quick. When my food was ready another gentlemen brought it to counter. Again came with quite an attitude like I was bothering him. I asked which of my 2 sandwiches was the Cajun, which was the grilled. He responded , "I dunno I didnt pack the bag" I looked and him and said "really?". I said " can u please ask? I need to drop off the Grilled sandwich with rice and beans as a side to a friend ". He says "open em n find out" I looked at him and laughed as I WAS opening them up. I asked for another plastic bag so I could put friends order in. You may have thought I broke his arm, I guess that was a HUGE bother to him. My over all experience sucked....there was a reason I hadnt gone back since Cluck U days....it almost felt like I was in the middle of a clash between 2 gangs...like I didnt belong there ....their attitudes were terrible . If u have a business catering to the public, then u need to be a bit more of people pleasers....maybe take a course on how to wow your customers and give them a great ordering experience. But judging on their personas intellect may be hugely missing. Sorry just being honest....would I go back? NO....will I spread the word on how rude and attitude-ee they were...for sure ... Just had my Cajun chicken sandwich....I have to say the chicken was maybe an 1/8th of an inch thick and the breading was maybe a 1/2 inch thick on both sides...TERRIBLE. If I wasnt so far is take both back and ask for a refund. Wow. Shame on u all at Chicken to GO......

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUSHING ME OFF THE PHONE. RECEPTIONIST MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER AND I CALLED TO TELL THEM THE SITUATION. THE GUY STARTED ARGUING WITH ME AND HUNG THE PHONE ON ME AND DIDNT FIX THE ORDER. I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND IT.

Great food and the son and mother have awesome customer service and come back again attitudes I recommend the jumbo shrimp I can not go to this place with out ordering 20 piece or better there cooks are awesome as well cause my favorite comes out great all the time....

They have overcharged us and several others at least $10 over the regular price on the menu. My advice...watch your bill and compare it to the menu....Will be calling BBB to let them know. Too bad cuz the food was good.

I had a chicken burger with spicy marinara sauce and it was heavenly. Their chicken tenders and range of sauces have a strong reputation and it seems warranted. Try the potato wedges too, they taste incredible.
