Gentleman at the register flat out TOLD me they stall at the menu screen taking your order, because they are timed and judged on how long food takes from the time you pull up.. He was pretending to not know my total.. It was (4) of the $5.00 boxes plus a coleslaw... 23.87 plus tax..He proceeded to tell me after I just drove up that I was on a scale, so thats why he was stalling , bc my order wasnt ready.

Staff wasnt friendly. Not rude, just not friendly either. Food is OK. Sometimes the food is fresh, but the last time the extra crispy fried chicken was over fried and tasted like it was sitting in the heating bins for way too long. The mashed potatoes and gravy though are always on point.

Service was fast, the cashier entered my order extremely fast, considering I place 5 orders for 5 dollar fill up boxes for me and my friends. And by the time we got the drinks our food was ready. Extremely fast service and all the orders were accurate.

Nice clean restaurant inside and out! Food is good pretty much like any KFC... but what makes this place is the manager James! He is so friendly! Made our fried chicken lunch feel like a steak house dinner!
