Ok so to start this off I have gone here about 6 times since I moved to Rochester in Sept. and every time and I mean everytime there is something wtong with the food. Burgers so pink in the middle almost raw, brown lettuce salads, toppings always wrong. I keep hoping they will get it right so I keep giving it another try but after tonight and having to send the food back twice .I will never go here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not too. They need to fire their cooks and get new managment and straight this stuff out.

Just left here. The service was absolutely horrible!! Our waitress messed up our order so we sent one wing order back to be thrown out. Then they added that to our check anyway. We go to pay and the waitress keeps our $16 and assumes it is her tip. We ask for our change and she pulls it out of her tip money. She was rude and non attentive. Will never got back because of tonight.

I have been to many BWW around the US and this is pretty decent. Their lineup is solid. Wings, wraps, salads, pizza and beer. The food is slightly overpriced for the quality. The beer selection is sub-par for a craft beer person. Gotta get local BWWs....best feature of this one, is they have iPads for the kiddies...that is a huge friggin win.

Coming from someone who occasionally misses the wings served in the Buffalo area, this place is great. Their wings are not "official Anchor bar" recipe, but theyre dang good. The wide selection of sauces and their reasonable prices are also a great plus. The servers at this particular location have always been super if youre the outgoing type.

Boneless wings were very flavorful and they had a good selection of beers and such. Place seemed pretty clean, and major props for staying open and serving food late - its nice for the nightowls to have a place to go and still eat rather than being told at midnight "Oh, the kitchen closes at 9." Will likely be back the next time Im in town.

Came on a Saturday night. I was seated promptly and approached by a waitress who took drink orders. Drinks were brought shortly and food was ordered. Food came out shortly after that and the order was correct. No complaints. Restaurant is ran efficiently and text book style as it was designed. Great atmosphere as well.

Just went there. I didnt like how i got my salad with my meal. Any server knows to serve the salad first. And my drink was spilled but not a word came from her mouth til she left then came back. I am in the restaurant business and i would have liked an apology right then and there. Never going back there.

I had my first BWW experience and I was far from impressed. The service was pretty good and it was kid-friendly but the food was really mediocre at best. The chicken seemed processed and a little rubbery. I might go back to have a drink and watch a game but thats about it.

One of the better chain restaurants in town. Great sports bar atmosphere with tvs everywhere. Food is edible, Great beer selection. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Gets very busy on wing nights Tuesday and Thursday.

My boyfriend has gotten food poisoning from the Buffalo chicken 3 times now , tastes great but I am pretty sure there chicken is contaminated in the later hours ... I feel bad he wakes up violently puking from eating it.

We live in a small town nearby, everything closea up at 8 but thats when we normally want to go out, so it was great to come here and not have to scarf our food down in 5 min. Our waiter was awesome food was delicious!!

We got take out and made the mistake of not checking the order before we left. When we got home we noticed that they forgot to give use our fries. The half of the meal that they did give us was good.

My groups meals were served a few minutes after placing the order, and were made just right. Our waitress Brittany was pleasant and polite. I would go back there again anytime Im in the area.
