Ive been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Saugus around a dozen times now. The wings are amazing, the chicken sandwich is amazing. The onion rings are always sweet and delicious. The potato wedge fries are addicting. I love their mozzarella sticks and unfortunately, cant help but come back. The huge downside to Buffalo Wild Wings is that the service is absolutely terrible. Last time I went we ordered drinks and a couple of appetizers for our group and they didnt come by to take our full order for another 15 minutes after the appetizers arrived. After our food came out we asked for refills which we never got. 30 minutes later one of us got up and found our waitress and asked for the bill. Probably the worst service ive ever had, anywhere.The waitress let us know when she came back to the table with the bill that her Daughter had come in for dinner on the other side of the restaurant. I can understand anyones desire to spend time with their family but there is a time and a place for it. Prior to the last time ive had to wait 20 minutes between ordering and getting drinks multiple times. I always have to beg for a refill (Maybe once we got refills without asking out of ten visits) and the waitresses sometimes seem to just ignore your table, even if you try to call out to them or wave at them. This place could be amazing. It could be the place I go to every week, possibly even twice a week (my girlfriend loves wings). Unfortunately its the place we go to every other month, because the service is consistently abysmal. Buffalo Wild Wings, Why do you have to taste so good when your service is so bad?

Ive been to a few Buffalo Wild Wings establishments and the Saugus location a few times. Although BWW offers a wide variety of wing flavors, I normally opt for the Asian Zing and Garlic Parmesan- delicious! Im a huge wing fan, as theyre typically an easy and fast meal to enjoy, however, last night I dined at BWW for HOURS. The dining room was not full, and the service was horrendous. Our waitress hardly checked in our party, and it took an hour for a relatively small order. In addition to waiting for our meals, we also had to wait for our beverages. As we watched our beverages condensate on the bar, we eventually asked the bartender if we could get assistance. When our meals did arrive, the waitress wasnt knowledgeable of our orders, or even what flavors each were. It didnt really matter as we were ravenous and ate which ever was placed in front of us. In the past I have had great experiences, the food is always good for what it is. If youre looking to immerse yourself in sports games and wings, Id recommend BWW for you. I just hope the service improves.

Second year in a row we have eaten here in honor of my father who passed away in November of 2013. Most of us eat the hot stuff as a remembrance and to celebrate his birthday. I cant complain. Its a loud place which is exactly what I like because we have little kids and the kids playing, talking loud etc is drowned out by the noise and sure to not disturb other diners. Second year in a row we were seated near the vending machines and nobody behind us so our kids were free to get up, play games and keep entertained while waiting for the food. The staff is friendly. A young staff but very friendly and nice. The food doesnt come out as fast as Id like but it doesnt take forever either. Gives us time to relax and talk and not feel rushed out the door. The fried pickles are amazing and they come out hot & fresh. I dont really like the hot stuff so I personally got a blackened chicken salad and it was fresh, cold and the chicken was cooked perfect. Prices are very good! Everyone leaves full and happy.

Food is like every other Buffalo Wild Wings. Used to be good but went way down hill. Chicken was overcooked and dry. But sauce was good. Went on Dec 15 and our waitress Debbie was horrible. Took out appatizers and drinks and that was the last we saw of her for a while. Food came out, ate over half the nachos then we saw her and grabbed her so we can order food. Food came and drink was empty for over 15 minutes before I saw her and had to get her attention again to get a drink. Just horrible service. It would be acceptable if it was busy but there were maybe 9 tables total with people at them with about 3 waitress/waitor working tonight. Not a hard position to be in but most of the time she was M.I.A. with roughly 2-3 tables just for her.

This is a horrible place and just this one, is dirty and the bar sección smell bad, our server had a face all the time I ask my water with no ice and my drink had more ice then all the drinks and when I ask if she can please give me another one without ice she say yes and it took like 30 minutes to bring me back my drink then my husband tell her that we want the nacho desert because was my son birthday and he love buffalo wild wings and his bday because the attention he gets from the servers well definitely not this specific place the server bring the desert again with her attitude and no body sing my son happy birthday or even bring the red light or a candle a mean nothing! This place is HORRIBLE I didnt like it at all

It wasnt fine at first, the waitress was nice and everything, but then it took over an hour for our food to come out on a slow Wednesday night at 10. The place was basically empty. We were cool with it since it was about 8 of us. When we got our food, we got hot sauce instead of mild like we asked. Then when it came to paying, we all payed separately and all left at least a 15% tip. The waitress then went crazy on us and started talked bad about us to their tables. Never going to this place again.

Bdubs best place followed by service. you got Big daddy bosco and his fudge cake. only problem w that is heat that up its 10 times better bosco ik you can do that in the back room. followed by sarah benson and her pink hair lookin, and lucas. Paul Lamoly best waiter read it here first. hes the goat his fudge cakes are bomb and he looks like bosco so ask for him when u hittin up bdubs. also the bosco creme pie pretty mouthwatering creates a sensation in your mind to go and ball at the hoop station.

I wouldve given them a 0 star, but there was no option. We sat for over an hour and a half to just get drinks. Water dripped from the ceiling onto our table. The waitress sucked. I get more attention from my dog than that lady. There wasnt even anyone in the restaurant but somehow they couldnt get it together. Im 90% sure that a clown was cooking in the kitchen. Our waitress disappeared and showed up like every half hour. Even when we asked for the bill it took them twenty minutes to come back.

Visited BWW on opening day here in Saugus, weve been waiting for one to open nearby for a while. Location is not the best, already a crowded parking lot but the mall nearby may add to the appeal. As expected the food and service was excelent, and the atmosphere was open and lively. Servers were very knowledgeable and friendly despite being opening night. Really reccomend it! Try the fried pickles or the salt n vinegar fries.
