I ordered vegetarian dish, Pasta with tri-colour penne & 5 chees marinara sauce. It was marked V on the menu. The taste felt different, so I started it with caution. Then I discovered pieces of sausage in it. I called waitress & showed it to her. She took the plate back after apology & brought her Manager. That guy also felt bad & apologies to us & told that he will bring the correct dish. We waited & it came after some time & manager again showed up to say that he made it himself this time. I tried to ask the detail about mess up, but they simply said that it was cooks mistake & he add wrong sauce by mistake. I didnt have good experience, as they should be more careful otherwise, the allergy to different kind of food can send their customers in hospital or E.R. Also, few people strictly follow vgetarian diet by their religion. The manager & waitress were nice & gave their apology. I feel there should me more QA/QC. They need to alleast check to order twice before bringing it to the table. Be careful, I am not planning to go there again.

I usually get good service, but today 07/23/2017 I got treated like trash... I had a party of 7 and but not everyone was at count, so a waiter asked if I wanted to be seated or wait until every one was there. I said would be better if we wait he said "ok. 10 minutes later my friends arrived, I approached the waiter that asked me if I wanted to be seated and said " my friends are all here can we be seated now " out of nowhere a women which I have no clue who she was and she didnt have no clue who i was or what I was waiting for.. she looked at me and said " sir you need to wait for your name to be called we cant just asked to be sit" her tone of voice was very rude, when I Tried to explain to her that I only asked to be seated because the waitress asked me before If I wanted to be seated, she just turned her back on me and left me talking by myself... VERY UPPSETTING I FELT LIKE TRASH... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT RESTAURANT

It was a terrible experience and my last time at Olive Garden. Me and my friend, we went there for lunch around 3 pm on Sunday. The place was empty and we still had to wait for a table. We chose to sit at the table next to the bar. The waitress took our order. We only had soups, I had orange juice afterwards, while my friend had chamomile tea. My glass was very dirty, poorly washed. The soup seemed to be fine. Though when we received our bills we were charged $7.99 instead of $5.99 listed in the menu. In the end I was charged for my friends meal and my friends credit card was charged for mine. Mine was a bit more expensive. That made me feel uncomfortable. This morning I woke up sick to my stomach. I cannot work I now even think that the soup stated as made in the kitchen as listed in the menu was from a cane. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMEND THAT PLACE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS SHARING MY EXPERIENCE.

The server we had seemed new, but he was very nice and helpful the whole time - he checked on us every once in a while (Ive had visits where the waiter only took the order and then gave us the check without following up). But we did have to ask for the complimentary salad and breadsticks. We had a large group of people who had ordered different plates, but they some were not as great as we had expected. The seafood lasagna was too salty, the chicken and shrimp carbonara tasted only of cheese, could have used more pepper. And the steak Gargonzola-Alfredo was on the sweeter side; a bit too sweet for pasta. We had a couple of drinks as well; the peach bellini and the mango martini. Both did not taste as the mentioned fruit in the name, but still a fruit juice.

Disappointing. Ordered a Weekday lunch of chichen scampi. Was told they dont serve this portion anymore. So I had to order the dinner serving. Cost is much higher . Didnt receive the angel hair pasta that is served with it. instead the the regular thick spachetti was on the plate. Ask the sauce be served on the side that didnt happen either. My friend ordered chicken Alfredo fettuccine also the dinner serving no lunch portion offered , very dry she didnt finish. This was a birthday dinner for me with the girls. A total waste of time & money..Not a good birthday outing. No one wanted to complain because it was b-day celebration. Havent been here for about 6 months was looking forward to lunch. This wont happen again.

I went here for dinner with my wife and was told that there was a 20 minute wait. My wife and I went to the bar for a beer and a glass of wine (Both of us are 31 years old and are Massachusetts residents). I have my Massachusetts driver’s license (which expired 4 days ago), I also have a VALID temporary license from the registry until my new license comes in the mail, AND I had my employee ID card from the Commonwealth of MA. There was absolutely NO question that I was 31 years old and that all of my ID’s were legit. The manager Kristen denied me service and stated that it was Framinghams policy. I checked with Framingham Police and confirmed that this was a lie. I will never return to this place.

I am never going back to Olive Garden! Sadly after more than 15 years visiting this location, I have to say that I am never going back with my family. The waiter was rude and with a rushing attitude, then make my experience worst when I was charge for the complimentary house salad. We were a party of 4 but 3 of us order entrees and my husband order 10.00 chicken appetizer. As we all eat our salad, the waiter ask if we wanted more salad and I say yes sure! When he brough the check we saw a $7 charge for house salad so we told him that he made a mistake and he answer: your husband ate from the salad

The minute I arrived there wasnt even a host at the booth and after she arrived she gave me a beeper and said the wait would be 5 min. Then I started to notice that 4 groups of families that arrived after me with the same amount of people in my party were called before me. I had to speak to the host in order to get a table which ruined my dining experience. And to make things worst 2 of the plates for the salad had hair on it. When my meal came out my pasta had a small piece of hair on it too. The only good thing was that the manager came out to apologize to us and she was SUPER nice.

I met friends here for lunch on Saturday. We asked for the lunch menu. The server told us they didnt have the lunch menu on Saturday. We saw another table ordering off the lunch menu. We ask for the lunch menu a second time. We ordered our lunches off the lunch menu. Our server kept telling us how the portions are smaller on the lunch menu. We told him we realized that. When the bill came, we were charged for regular meals not the lunch meals we order. Why were we discouraged from ordering off the lunch menu at lunch? Why were we charged for a dinner meal? Very dishonest!!!
